We have just traded for this beautiful 2012 BMW X5 Premium package with 46,232 miles on it. It is Alpine white with a tan leather interior. This car comes very well equipped with leather, panoramic moonroof, navigation, Bluetooth phone, satellite radio, alloy wheels, cd player, and so many other options I can't list them all here! On top of all of that, this car has been very well-maintained. According to Carfax, this is a one owner vehicle that has never been involved in any accidents. The BMW driving experience IS like no other car, and this vehicle is a great example of that.

Both the interior and the exterior are equally nice. The tires still have good life left in them as well. The engine runs just as it should and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly.
With all that being said, we will still put this car through our thorough inspection process to ensure that you are buying a roadworthy vehicle. We will check brake life, tire life, and for any other issues a vehicle could have. We will change the oil and we will also perform Georgia emissions testing.

Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Dealer services fee $589: Dealer Services represents cost and profit to the seller/dealer for items such as inspection, cleaning and adjusting new and used vehicles and preparing doucuments related to the sale.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
Successful high bidder MUST communicate with at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta by e-mail or call Eddie Cushing at 770-356-7178 or Patrick Jolleyat 404-966-7984 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by cash or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
Terms and Conditions for Ebay Sales
The offer made by Hennessy to sell this car is not a firm offer. Additionally, in accordance with EbayMotors non-binding bid policy, bids on automobiles merely indicate your interest in purchasing the relevant vehicle and are not binding on you. No contract exists between you and Hennessy to purchase the car until you pay the Deposit called for in section 2 below.
Within twenty-four (24) hours of the end of the auction or making a “Buy it Now” bid, you must deliver to Hennessy a deposit (the “Deposit”) equal to ten percent (10%) of the auction price. In the event that you fail to close on your purchase of the car after paying that Deposit, Hennessy shall be entitled to retain the Deposit as liquidated damages for your breach and not as a penalty. You agree that Hennessy will suffer damages as a result of any such breach, that the damages Hennessy would suffer are difficult to establish with precision, and that the Deposit constitutes a reasonable pre-estimate of those damages.
The balance of the purchase price, plus all applicable taxes and fees, shall be due and payable within seventy-two (72) hours from bid closing. Payment shall be made by bank to bank wire transfer, cash for in person transactions, or bank certified check. If you are not present to accept delivery of the vehicle, you must send a copy of your state issued driver’s license, proof of insurance, and signed transaction documents to Hennessy via facsimile transmission or email.
Georgia residents pay TAVT taxes as well as title and registration fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Out-of-country buyers shall also pay the sales tax applicable to Georgia residents in the county in which the car is delivered to you. By submitting your bid, you agree to pay the applicable TAVT, sales tax and fees upon consummation of a contract.
Hennessy makes no representations or warranties regarding the car. You agree that you are bidding to purchase the car on an “as is/where is” basis and with all faults. HENNESSY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If any warranty exists, it is provided by the manufacturer of the car. Please inquire if the car is subject to any manufacturer’s warranty.
By submitting your bid, you agree that any contract that arises between you and Hennessy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Georgia law, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any such contract shall be deemed to have been made in Atlanta, Georgia, and you agree to take possession of the vehicle at the relevant Hennessy dealership in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Hennessy will assist you in arranging shipping of the vehicle if you request it but Hennessy assumes no liability for loss after the vehicle is delivered to your chosen carrier who shall act solely as your agent in taking possession of and transporting the car.
By submitting your bid, you agree that any dispute between you and Hennessy shall be resolved exclusively by litigation in the state or federal courts in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia and you consent to jurisdiction and venue for that purpose.
Mileage posted in the listing may vary from the actual mileage on the car at the time of delivery due to local driving, in-transit repairs, and/or road testing of the vehicle.
