Exterior
Paint is in good shape with some scrapes and scratches not unusual for a car of its age, there is a small amount of chipped paint where the hood meets the cowl in both corners. Some door dings can be found along the driver and passenger doors. Glass is free from damage. Lights and lenses are also in good shape but passenger side marker lens is cracked. Folding cloth top is clean and has no damage, has not faded in the sun. Stainless and chrome do have some light scuffing but are not cracked, pitted or rusting. “Stainless” trim where doors meet the body have started to pull apart and flake. Rear plexiglas window is hazy from age.
Interior
Some cracking from can be found in the leather seats from age and use but no tears. Carpets are free of damage. Headliner is sagging on both passenger and driver sides. Steering wheel is in nice shape, dash board is free from damage. Some discoloration can be found on the inside of the cloth top where the hinges touch the fabric. Door panels and arm rests do have some marks from use.
Mechanical
Car starts easily and idles well. Car recently passed smog which shows a clean burning engine. Car drives well, suspension has no odd sounds, transmission shifts as it should. Air conditioning will need a recharge. Power steering pump is a bit noisy, most likely the fluid just needs to be topped off. Radio is showing a fault code and will not turn on. Hood struts have lost their pressure and will no longer hold the weight of the hood.

This vehicle, and all vehicles sold through us are sold AS-IS with no warranty intended or implied by the California Automobile Museum or its consignor/donor. All sales are final, and in there is no cooling off period in California. By bidding, you acknowledge this and agree your purchase will be AS-IS.
This Vehicle's mileage is subject to increase as it may be test driven or inspected during this auction.
All sales will include a California Title and Bill of Sale unless otherwise stated. A Warranty Disclaimer will also be provided to be signed.

The Museum is open 7 days a week, 10 AM to 6 PM (excluding major U.S. holidays) and we welcome you or your representative to inspect the vehicle (by appointment only) prior to purchasing or bidding.
