We will make our faciility available for the inspection of any vehicle. by you or a professional inspection service, before your purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied him or herself as to the condition and value of the vehicle and to bid based upon that judgement solely. FMC shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale however, FMC assumes no responsibility for any repairs unless previously agreed in writing.

After the auction has ended, a $1000.00 deposit is required within 24 hours. Deposits are accepted in the form of Paypal, bank wire or credit card. If contact is not made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell it otherwise. A winning bid is a legal and binding contract. Non-Paying Winning Bidders will be held legally accountable to the fullest extent possible including but not limited to all legal remedies under the law, negative feedback and a report to Ebay.

We are a licensed New York State dealership. NYS residents are required to pay NYS Sales Tax at the time of the sale.
We DO NOT collect Sales Tax for Non NYS residents.
Shipping is available Nationally & Worldwide
You are responsible for the cost of all shipping and handling charges related to your vehicle. FMC will gladly arrange for the shipment of your vehicle to Anywhere USA or Overseas at your request and your expense. We work closely with several auto transport companies and will shop the best rate on your behalf. You will be advised of our best rate prior to shipping the vehicle. With your approval, shipping will be arranged. All shipping charges must be Paid in Full prior to the shipment of your vehicle. We recommend enclosed shipping for all our vehicles however open carriers are also available. ALL our carriers are fully licensed and insured.
Vehicles can be shipped overseas to the port of your choice using the following options. Price quotes for each will be provided at your request. Overseas methods are as follows:
Open shipment (roll on roll off) OR,
Enclosed container with one other vehicle OR,
Enclosed container by itself.
