FINANCING

Within our eBay store (red door) on the left side click on financing and complete the online application. Our Internet Team will get to work on your approval. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. We accept cash in person, bank wire transfer (preferably) or cashiers check (clearance times on cashier checks vary from each banking facility). Make sure if you are financing your purchase that you financial institution accepts the year and mileage of the vehicle BEFORE bidding! A prepared buyer has financing arranged prior to bidding.

FEES

All buyers are subject to $299 Doc (paperwork, temporary tag, postage, fed ex, ect.) & $35 Lic. fee. All Arizona residents are subject to State & local taxes. If you are an out of State buyer and plan to ship your vehicle you are responsible for your States tax requirements. Please let us know at the time of bidding if you need help in understanding any and all fees.

Receiving Your Vehicle

The Buyer is responsible fort the pickup of the vehicle. Please call us PRIOR to making your arrangements to pick up your vehicle so we may schedule a mutually agreeable time and date with you.

LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT

Just how it sounds, if you do not absolutely love the vehicle you purchased from us we will gladly buy it back. All we ask is that the buyer notify us within 3 days of vehicle delivery, return the vehicle within 21 days, and buyer pays return shipping. All vehicles that buyer hired a third party pre-inspection qualify. NOTE: WHOLESALE ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY.

INSPECTIONS

We do our best to describe all information known about this vehicle. We welcome, & encourage, inspections but these have to be completed prior to auction end. This helps to avoid future discrepancies and solves differing opinions. Also a part of the buyers responsibility is to know and understand your specific states Laws for transfer, title, & tags on your new vehicle. We are not familiar with any other states requirements other than Arizona, so please check your local Laws prior to bidding. Refunds will NOT be given due to strict state requirements. Our vehicles are titled (unless otherwise stated) in the state of Arizona and meet ALL Arizona laws of inspection, title, and lic. Furthermore, buyer has the responsibility to know their individual state's tax requirements and to pay those based on those laws. Finally, a buyer may be subject to state and federal taxes and this falls purely on the shoulders of the buyer. Each state has it's own tax requirements and we are only familiar with Arizona. So please check into your local requirements.

WARRANTY

Unless stated otherwise, this vehicle is being sold "as-is". Warranties are not offered nor implied. We offer the best extended warranties on the market, and these can be packaged within your financing if needed. All of our vehicles that are 10 (ten) years and older are sold “AS IS” because they do not qualify for the NIADA Certified Pre Owned Program. As Is means that there is NO WARRANTY expressed, written or implied n that particular vehicle. We clearly state in our ad if the vehicle is a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. The Certified vehicles come with a 12 Month or 12,000 Mile Warranty that can be upgraded to up to a 5 or 6 year warranty.  Please remember that you are buying a USED vehicle. This vehicle has appropriate cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear for the age and millage of the vehicle. As with any pre-owned vehicle, there may be unforeseen repairs in the future. We are cannot and do not know what the future holds and are unable to predict dependability of your purchase. We fully inspect our vehicles and road-test them. We run CarFax reports on every vehicle and try to acquire as much knowledge about the vehicle prior to our buying it. PAYMENT

A deposit of $500 by check, in person, or wire within 48 hours of auction end. Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance within 7 days of auction end. All checks must clear before delivery can be made please.

SHIPPING

If you wish to have your vehicle shipped, please note that shipping is solely the buyer’s responsibility. We can help aligning a shipper or can provide delivery ourselves for an arranged fee.  If a shipper is to pick up a vehicle for you then a written permission letter will need to be provided by you giving The Green Auto Group permission to release the vehicle to a 3^rd party.

The Green Auto Group does have preferred transporters that we have used on several occasions. Recommendations are only as a courtesy for our customers and not a guarantee. We do not charge extra or receive compensation for this service. You are welcome to use your own transporter. Average turn around for shipping vehicles does vary with each shipper due to many circumstances beyond their control (weather, space availability, clearance of funds, road construction, ect.) times can and do vary. All vehicles will not be shipped until funds have cleared the bank (bank clearance of funds varies and can be anywhere from 3-12 business days).

If you decide to buy it sight unseen then do us both a favor and review all the information, photos, and video we've provided. It is suggested that a photo be taken of the odometer prior to loading and transporting to destination. Purchases such as these should be straight forward, yet things happen.
