Fees and Taxes: Arizona residents will be assessed an 8.8% sales tax plus applicable title / registration fees. Out of state, non-Arizona buyers are responsible for all State, County, City sales taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees, in the state that the vehicle will be registered.  Depending on your state of residence, State of Arizona Department of Revenue may require us to collect sales taxes and fees for your state at the time of vehicle sale. All out-of-state, non-Arizona buyers taking physical delivery (non-transport) of vehicles at Subaru Superstore are subject to 1.5% Chandler City Sales Tax. All sales are subject to a $369.00 dealer documentation fee.

Canadian purchasers... manufacturer franchise agreement restrictions do not allow us to sell NEW vehicles directly into Canada. We can only sell new vehicles if they are registered, titled and delivered to a U.S. address. We do encourage Canadian residence to consider one of our PRE-OWNED vehicles for direct sale into Canada. We can express mail your vehicle purchase paperwork to you for signatures plus, forward necessary documents to your local border crossing. In addition, we’ll assist in arranging vehicle transport via common carrier to your desired border crossing, U.S. side only. Canadian purchasers not registering the vehicle in Arizona will be exempt from Arizona sales tax if the vehicle is transported via common carrier out of state with a bill of laden or a physical out-of-state (non-transport) delivery transaction is conducted. All physical out-of-state (non-transport) delivery transactions will be accessed a $250 delivery fee... again, no Arizona sales tax will apply. A $75 Arizona, 90 Day drive-out temporary license plate will apply on the aforementioned purchase types. If an in-state, physical dealership delivery occurs (i.e., non-transport / non out-of-state delivery), the purchaser will be assessed AT A MINIMUM, 1.5% Chandler city sales tax calculated on the vehicle's purchase price minus any trade-in vehicle allowance if applicable. Other Arizona and/or U.S. sales taxes, registration and/or title fees may apply depending on where the vehicle will be titled and registered. Please ask our eBay Sales Department for further clarification regarding your personal vehicle purchase situation. All sales are subject to a $369.00 dealer documentation fee. Please note if you are purchasing a vehicle for export, you will also be responsible for vehicle entry fees into Canada plus applicable GST, PST, QST and/or HST fees at your expense. Vehicle Transport: Vehicle purchasers are responsible for all shipping and/or transportation charges. Subaru Superstore has an extensive network of U.S. based common carrier transportation companies and will assist in arranging transportation to your U.S. locations. Subaru Superstore assumes no responsibility for vehicle damage should they incur after leaving our dealership. Please note… if the vehicle is going to be shipped to your designated destination, full and clear payment must be received before the vehicle will be released to any transport company. In some cases it may take upwards of 10 business days for payment to clear… please be patient.

Terms of Sale Overview: This vehicle is available for sale at our physical dealership location and via other advertising sources, therefore we reserve the right to end this listing at any time and at our discretion should the vehicle be no longer be available for sale. Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will required to submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Understanding that the vehicle will remain available for purchase until the deposit has been secured. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due, plus any and all applicable fees and taxes, within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be paid in full and cleared by our bank before delivery of any vehicle.

Payment Methods: Cash in person, certified check, bank wire transfers, or third party financing.
