Terms of Sale

 A non-refundable deposit of $1000 required within 48 hours after the close of the auction through Paypal, wire transfer, money order, cashiers check or cash. The remaining balance to be paid no later than 7 business days after auction ends through wire transfer, money order, cashiers check, or cash. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I will store vehicle for up to 30 days for free. If car is not picked up in 30 days, I reserve the right to re-list and/or resell the vehicle.  

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed, written or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied him or herself as to the condition/value/configuration and to bid based upon that judgment solely. If you are not sure about something, please ask. The seller makes no guarantees for the accuracy of its representations though every honest attempt has been made to correctly represent this 1961 Ford Sunliner.
