You are viewing low millage 2000 Ford Excursion with a 7.3 Power stroke turbo diesel engine and an automatic transmission with only 170K on it (THE PREVIOUS OWNER INDICATED HE DID ALMOST ALL HWY DRIVING AS HE DROVE CROSS COUNTRY FOR WORK). This Excursion has a lot of power and recently had a service that included rear brake pads, rear brake rotors, oil and filter change. The power stroke motor sounds great and runs solid. The transmission also feels solid. This truck looks really good; it’s been taken good care of given the year make and model. This Ford comes with the XLT trim: cloth seats, power seat, dual A/C, climate controllers, 3rd row seat and much more. The exterior is burgandy and is good condition (over the years it has had some touch up paint work that was done proffesionaly, as per the prior owner. See the pictures!!). The interior is tan and also in great condition for the year. We have tried to present this SUV to best of my abilities and with plenty of pictures. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Houston, Texas, Harris County. Moreover, the choice of law will be of Texas law.
Furthermore, by bidding on this vehicle your are entering a "point and click agreement" and are also agreeing to waive litigation and discovery and also agree to our arbitration agreement, which will be provided at the time of the purchase or can be provided to you by request prior to you entering this "point and click agreement."
