As seen in the pictures down below this nice looking 2004 BMW M3 Power Convertible with dual tone Red Leather interior has no major exterior damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale in the condition you see it on the pics. No middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Such vehicles can be legally returned back to the roads after repairs and your state motor vehicles inspection. Overall condition of the vehicle is clearly shown in the pictures below. Looks like the vehicle ran over something with the left side wheels. Left front wheel is busted as seen in the pics and the left rear wheel is slightly sitting out of alignment. No undercarriage damage observed. No damage under the hood. No damage to cooling components. AC blows cold air! No major warning lights on the dash (see photo of the speedometer taken when car is running). The great news is that the car starts, engine runs great, goes into gear and we are able to drive it around within our lot. The rest of the body is good condition with cosmetic paint issues. See pics down below for overall exterior. Interior is in good condition as seen in the pictures down below. Radio did not power on and driver pwr seat does not seem to get power at time test. Due to the left wheel impact, Only the left door (inside the left door panel) airbag has deployed. All others in tact. Find used airbags easily here on ebay. A simple search for M3 driver door airbag shows many airbags prices as low as $25-30. See ebay items 121405889708, 251622251258, 181490880883, etc.

Looks like the car was previously equipped with Dinan intake and exhaust/muffler which the previous owner has removed prior to releasing the vehicle to the insurance company. Both oem or aftermarket exhaust/intakes can easily be found here on ebay as well. See ebay items, 321508671465, 191299695650, 231308710498, 161319014699 etc.

Comes equipped with many options such as the SMG Transmission, car can be driven both as Automatic or Manual; Has Pedal shifters, Rear parking sensor, Xenon HID headlights, Red sport leather seats, sport steering, heated seats, dual power seats, Harmon Kardon stereo, and more. Power convertible top is in great condition and opens/closes fine with the push of a button. Overall good condition indicates that it was a well maintained vehicle. Engine runs strong and AC blows cold air. Should be an easy fixer with cosmetic exterior and light suspension work. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES

We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair.
