The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Fees and Taxes:
All successful high bidders will be subject to a non-refundable $75 Dealer Fee.
New York state residents in addition to the price of the vehicle and dealer fee must pay sales tax depending on the county of residence, registration and inspection Fees. Out of state buyers maybe subject to tax, registration, inspection or any other fees by the state the vehicle will be registered within. Please, check with the states Motor Vehicles Department before bidding on the vehicle. For Out-Of-State buyers ONLY we can provide a 30-Day temp tag for an additional $25 Fee (Optional).
Shipping And Pick-up of the Vehicle:
Vehicle pick-up is totaly buyers responsibility. At no expense we provide airport pick-up from Stewart International airport in Newburgh, NY. Bus Station in Monticello, NY. Train Station in Middletown, NY. We can also assist in shipping the vehicle, by locating a licensed and insured transporter or work with a transporter of your choice. If the vehicle is shipped, we carry no responsibility for the overall condition of the vehicle or belongings once the vehicle leaves our lot.

Do not assume anything not listed in the ad is included such as Navigation Discs, CD Magazines, Extra Keys, Remotes, Owners Manuals, Warranty Books, Floor Mats, etc... Please, note that all vehicles are pre-owned, even though they all serviced and inspected, and with our best effort describing as much as possible in the ad, minor cosmetic and mechanical imperfections are to be present on the vehicle.
Vehicles odometer reading may show up to 250 miles greater than paperwork's odometer reading because of test drives and test drives prior to delivery, vehicle moved in between dealerships departments, main and sold lots, etc...
