It is a 6 speed manual transmission (last Turbo model with a manual tranny) mounted to a 473 HP/502 ft/lbs torque flat six Twin Turbocharged engine (24 Valve, Aluminum block and heads). This the race engine also used in the GT2 and GT3 cars, and is extremely solid. The local Porsche dealer service manager told me that "this engine is the best engine Porsche has made to date". They have the least amount of issues. Speed.....this baby is FAST! It is All Wheel Drive and corners like it is on rails, AMAZING car. I have owned it for nearly two years and will be sad to part with it. It will do 0-60 in 3.6 seconds.
