INCREDIBLE, BUT TRUE!

This Jaguar XJS V-12 Classic Collection Convertible was purchased new in 1991 from Monte Shelton Motors in Portland by a prominent Northwest collector. For the past 23 years it has lived in a climate-controlled, private museum, being exercised sparingly. Today, this XJS has a total of just 2,477 miles on the odometer. With the recent passing of the owner, it is now being offered for sale by the estate. I doubt that you will find a lower-mileage, better maintained XJS anywhere.

 

Recently received full service by Jaguar specialists who proclaimed it "like new." No leaks, drips or issues. All fluids were changed, full tune-up, new battery and the air conditioning was converted to modern R-134 coolant. It is ready for the road, or your own collection.

 

I have personally driven this car and it handles perfectly. The 5.3 liter V-12 engine runs flawlessly. Wonderful power and performance. All systems and options operate as-new. Cosmetically, it looks like it rolled off the showroom floor yesterday. Flawless paint and interior, which still has that original "new car smell." Was always stored with the power top in the "up" position, so it also looks like new. Original dealer-installed chrome wire wheels with original Goodyear Eagle radial tires in excellent condition. All original manuals and top boot included.

 

There is little to add, except if you have been looking for what could be the finest example today of a 1991 Jaguar XJS V-12 convertible, here it is.

 

A realistic reserve has been placed on this car in keeping with its stellar condition and incredible low mileage. This is not your run-of-the-mill "used car." Please bid accordingly. I doubt you will ever find another one like it.
