Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all of our online sales.

Payment Methods

Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information and assistance in obtaining fiancing.

Deposit

The succuessful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable credit card deposit within 1 business day (mon-sat) of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 business days (mon-sat) of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

There is a $199 doc fee for title transfer,  temporary tags, eBay item cost, and security policy. We are required to collect Indiana state sales tax (7%) and Indiana DMV fees for all transactions. Out of state buyers are responsible for state, county, city taves and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state the vehicle will ultimately be registered. If seller sets up shipping through the dealership and buyer pays dealer for shipping fee, buyer will not have to pay Indiana sales tax, only the shipping fee and doc fee.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us for more information. We assume no responsiblity for damages to the vehicle incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. The seller has tried to disclose all information known about thhis vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent to their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. The seller welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty

No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "AS IS". Extended warranties may be available, please contact us for details.

Notice to Bidders

All listed vehicles are available locally and are subject to prior sale; therefore, we resolve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Please contact our Ebay specialists to confirm availability.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email/phone after the auction closes or he/she must contact the seller within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. The car will remian for sale locally until a deposit is taken.

Non-Paying Bidder

If no deposit is made or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 business days (mon-sat) following the close of the auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Disclaimer

This car is being sold used (unless noted otherwise), and therefore may not have all itmes originally packaged with the vehicle (e.g. books, keys, etc.). The VIN decoder we use to display the vehicle's features and options may be inaccurate; therefore we make no claims to features and options stated. We do provide multiple photographs to illustrate the car's exterior and interior features. Please call us to confirm any specific feature. Nor responsible for typographical errors. Any bids placed on Ebay provides buyer contact information to the seller for use in accordance with Ebay auction policies.
