Take a look at this very nice 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid 4WD Limited with Navigation that was just traded for here at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. This is a very nice example of what a eight-year-old car can look like it that has been well taken care of. According to Carfax, this is a one owner car that was involved in one minoraccident. As you can see in the pictures, the car does not show any ill effects. The Carfax report also shows very good service records here in the Atlanta area. This is the Limited model which comes with moonroof, leather seats, heated seats, cruise control, JBL stereo, cd player, and too many other features list here. This particular car is also equipped with a navigation system which really does come in handy. What will also come in handy is the money you will save at the fuel pump. This Highlander Limited gets a combined 26MPG! This is the the 4WD version we are talking about.

I have had the opportunity to drive it and can tell you that it is in very good working condition. The Michelin tires are nearly new. There are a few minor scratches here and there, but in the overall condition is very good.
The timing belt has already been changed in this car. You can see the placard in the pictures showing the mileage and the date of the change. This Highlander hybrid, like all of our cars, has gone through a thorough inspection process. We have changed the oil and performed the emissions testing. At the time of delivery, the winning bidder will also receive a full tank of gas and a nice detail.
We sincerely hope that this is the car that you have been looking for. Of course, what's not to like about a car with this much equipment, that gets this kind of gas mileage, has extensive service records, and has been very well taken care of? Not too much! In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by cash or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
Terms and Conditions for Ebay Sales
The offer made by Hennessy to sell this car is not a firm offer. Additionally, in accordance with EbayMotors non-binding bid policy, bids on automobiles merely indicate your interest in purchasing the relevant vehicle and are not binding on you. No contract exists between you and Hennessy to purchase the car until you pay the Deposit called for in section 2 below.
Within twenty-four (24) hours of the end of the auction or making a “Buy it Now” bid, you must deliver to Hennessy a deposit (the “Deposit”) equal to ten percent (10%) of the auction price. In the event that you fail to close on your purchase of the car after paying that Deposit, Hennessy shall be entitled to retain the Deposit as liquidated damages for your breach and not as a penalty. You agree that Hennessy will suffer damages as a result of any such breach, that the damages Hennessy would suffer are difficult to establish with precision, and that the Deposit constitutes a reasonable pre-estimate of those damages.
The balance of the purchase price, plus all applicable taxes and fees, shall be due and payable within seventy-two (72) hours from bid closing. Payment shall be made by bank to bank wire transfer, cash for in person transactions, or bank certified check. If you are not present to accept delivery of the vehicle, you must send a copy of your state issued driver’s license, proof of insurance, and signed transaction documents to Hennessy via facsimile transmission or email.
Georgia residents pay TAVT taxes as well as title and registration fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Out-of-country buyers shall also pay the sales tax applicable to Georgia residents in the county in which the car is delivered to you. By submitting your bid, you agree to pay the applicable TAVT, sales tax and fees upon consummation of a contract.
Hennessy makes no representations or warranties regarding the car. You agree that you are bidding to purchase the car on an “as is/where is” basis and with all faults. HENNESSY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If any warranty exists, it is provided by the manufacturer of the car. By submitting your bid, you agree that any contract that arises between you and Hennessy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Georgia law, without regard to conflicts of laws. Hennessy will assist you in arranging shipping of the vehicle if you request it but Hennessy assumes no liability for loss after the vehicle is delivered to your chosen carrier who shall act solely as your agent in taking possession of and transporting the car.
