1.      Auction Policies: All applicable rebates are assigned to Dealer.

b.      Rebates, Incentives and Discounts- Are based on Zip Code 30350, and are subject to change depending on Buyer’s State of Residency and expiration of Rebates and Incentives. Rebates may require financing vehicle with Ford Motor Credit, as well as, a Trade of a 1995 or Newer Vehicle. An example of various Rebates and Incentives that are Not included in eBay pricing and MAY be available are; Direct Offers from Ford (mailers), Owner Loyalty, Military Appreciation, First Time Buyer, College Student, etc.. Please ask if you think you qualify for these or any other Rebate or Incentives.

c.      Special APR’s- Low APR’s offered from Ford Motor Credit are TYPICALLY in lieu of other Rebates and Incentives.

d.      Please ASK- Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if reserve has not been met, or the auction has not ended.

e.      Non-Paying Bidders- Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted.

f.       Availability- All vehicles are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to sell all vehicles on our lot. We will make a good faith effort to remove vehicles as they sell. PLEASE ONLY BIDWHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER AND MAKE A PERSONAL OFFER.

g.      Listing Errors- We are not responsible for any typographical errors in prices, descriptions, availability, etc..

2.      We reserve the right to,

a.      Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction.

b.      Cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary.

3.      Bidders Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid.

4.      Special eBay Bid Retraction Rules: Please read eBay's "Retracting a Bid".

a.      If you place a bid before the last 12-hourperiod of the auction: You may retract that bid before that last12-hour period but only for exceptional circumstances. You will not be allowed to retract that bid during the last 12-hour period of the auction.

b.      If you place a bid during the last 12-hourperiod of the auction: You will be allowed to retract the bid for exceptional circumstances but only if you do so within one hour after placing the bid.

5.      Funds & Financing:

a.      Payment- Buyer has 7 days to pay balance from close of auction.

b.      Financing- Financing is available through the Dealership's Affiliated Lending Institutions. We cooperate with 17 Lenders to offer our clients competitive APR’s.

6.      Buyers Inspection: We have done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. We welcome a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees, if any, are Buyer's responsibility.

7.      Representations and Warranties made by Seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is" if the car has been previously titled. However, Manufacturer's warranties may still apply based on the miles and age of the pre-owned vehicle. An Extended Warranty may be available for both pre-owned and new vehicles, call for details. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

8.      Taxes and Registration Fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all State, County, City taxes and fees, as well as Title Service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be Titled and Registered.

a.      State of Georgia: A $599.00 Service/Administrative Fee is included in the listed purchase price on every New or Pre-owned vehicle EVEN if Buyer has a Wholesaler’s License. Other fees include; A Plate Fee of $20.00, a $3.00 Georgia Warranty Rights Act Fee (new vehicles only), an $18.00 Titling Fee, and Georgia Ad Valorem Tax of 6.75%.

b.      Out of State/International: A $599.00 Service/Administrative Fee is included in the listed purchase price on every New or Pre-owned vehicle EVEN if Buyer has a Wholesaler’s License. Other fees could include; a Titling/Registration Agency Fee to process the Sales Tax/Registration/Plate Fees of your respective State or County (new vehicles that are financed only), A$3.00 Warranty Rights Fee (new vehicles only), and on New or Pre-owned Vehicles any State or Local Taxes/Registration/Plate Fees to be paid in Buyer's respective State/County of residency.

9.      Title Information: Vehicles Titles may be held by Banks or Lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all Titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by Cashier's or Personal checks we will hold all Titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

a.      Titling &/or MSO: Dealership’s Franchise Agreement with Ford Motor Company on New Vehicles requires Dealership to Register/Title every car, whether sold within the United States or Internationally. We DO NOT provide a MSO (Mfg. Statement of Origin) for shipment outside of the USA!

10.   Shipping& Delivery:

a.      All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

b.      Licensed Carriers are generally insured for$3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by us as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with us.

c.      The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure.

11.   Finalizing your Purchase:

a.      We will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

b.      Successful high bidder MUST communicate by email or phone 888-843-0291 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 24 hours, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

c.      A $500.00 Refundable Credit Card deposit is due within 24 hours of Winning Bid or Buy It Now purchase on Non-Specialty Autos. A $1000.00 Refundable Credit Card deposit is due within 24 hours of Winning Bid or Buy It Now purchase on Specialty Autos, i.e. GT500 Shelby, Raptor Trucks. The balance is due within 7 days of Auction end.

d.      If no contact is made within 24 hours of a Winning Bid or Buy It Now purchase; we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. If Auction is ended based on a negotiated terms and eBay Customer changes his/her mind – You will be refunded your deposit MINUS Auction Fees and Admin Fees of $100.

e.      At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and Title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
