Deposit & Payment of Remaining Balance: A $2,500.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit via Pay Pal, Bank to Bank wire transfer, Credit Card, or Certified Bank Check is required in the following manner at auction end to secure the transaction: $500.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due within 24 hours of auction close by clicking the Buy It Now feature. This payment MUST be submitted via PayPal. The remaining $2,000.00 of the NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT must be received via one of the methods outlined above within 48 hours of auction end or within 48 hours of clicking the Buy It Now feature. The remaining balance due must be paid within SEVEN (7) business days of the close of the auction, as well as all applicable fees and taxes.

Buyer's Inspections: Premier Exotics Automobili has made every reasonable effort to describe this vehicle to you. We have disclosed all information known about this vehicle being offered for auction. However, these are used vehicles that may have typical scratches, dings, and possible mechanical parts that are subject to fail. We welcome and recommend a Buyer's Pre-Purchase Inspection at a location of Buyer's discretion. Buyer/Bidder to be responsible for all fees associated with the Pre-Purchase Inspection. Please make arrangements to have vehicle inspected prior to auction end.

Warranty: The vehicles herein are pre-owned and they are being sold in an "AS IS WHERE IS" condition unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description. However, some vehicles may still be under factory warranty or an extended market warranty may be purchased. Not all vehicles qualify for an extended market warranty.
