Available today is this BEAUTIFUL 2004 BMW E46 M3 Convertible. This car is a PREMIUM package car!
This is a STUNNING car to have during the summer time as you can proudly show off the exquisite CINNAMMON/ORANGE INTERIOR in the beating sunlight. It has a fully electrical operating top that goes up and down at a touch of a button. The exterior is in great condition with minimal blemishes. There is a picture of the only major scratch we have found on this vehicle! The car does not show any dents on the other hand! The interior is in fantastic shape and shows no signs of fade. There is one spot on the passenger rear seat that does show some sort of stain, and we are unaware of its nature. We received the vehicle with it there. The car is fully loaded, carries the premium and winter packages. These include headlight washers, xenon headlights, BMW navigation, heated seats, and many other options. All mechanical services are up to date! Oil Change was just done! The car is completely sound mechanically.
The car is all original with the exception of Carbon Fiber Fender Vents, Carbon Fiber Hood Vent, Carbon Fiber Rear diffuser, Carbon fiber engine cover (of which are made by Vorsteiner, top quality parts) and painted gun metal wheels.
We also have a color-matching HARD TOP available for an additional $1,500. We could negotiate with any party interested in purchasing this vehicle, however.
The car will come with a reconstructed title. We received the vehicle with a very minor left rear quarter damage about 2 years ago. The vehicle was owned by one of the managers here for the last 2+ years, and driven only in warm weather. The vehicle has passed all state and safety inspections, and was issued the rebuilt title brand. It is 100% sound in every means, and can be driven across the country with absolutely no hesitation. This is an EXTREMELY solid car, that has been VERY well taken care off.

Arrangement for Pickup Of vehicles or Assist in Shipping:
All vehicles are sold on a Local Pickup Basis! We do not provide any shipping in any vehicle transactions unless otherwise arranged. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pickup the vehicle within 7 days of auction end. We can help assist with locating a shipping company, or can work directly with your company for loading/unloading. We have Ramps and a forklift available for use for any vehicle that are in non-running condition. We can also help arrange to have your vehicle delivered to a port for any export.
IF YOU ARE FLYING IN TO PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE, please let us know so that we can arrange to have you picked up at the Philadelphia International Airport ( AT NO COST ) or the Market Street Terminal (Amtrak/Train) located at 31st and Market Streets.

Payment Policy:
All purchases are to be made with cash, wire transfer or certified funds ONLY. There are NO exceptions and we do NOT take personal checks! Further, we will not allow any vehicle to leave our establishment until the funds have cleared our account, even if the method used is a certified bank check. We have seen cases in which payments were canceled after vehicles were picked up, and under no circumstance will allow any to leave prior to the payment clearing. Please understand where we are coming from.
Warranty/Condition:
We DO encourage any interested parties to come and inspect the vehicle themselves, or have an agent do it for them, before any purchase or sale is concluded! We always do our best to disclose any damages, either known or visible to eye, to a vehicle prior to the time of a sale. Unfortunately, we are not auto body/collision appraisers, and can not make any guarantees to any further missing parts than what we can see from a glance to a vehicle that is posted. Any vehicle that is offered ready to go is still being sold AS-IS, though it has been repaired to state/federal requirements/original manufacturer specifications.
