PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Initiating a Buynow or bidding on an auction listing obligates you to a legal and binding purchase contract. If you are the high bidder, we expect you to fulfill your commitment to purchase. Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Clarksville reserves the right to cancel any bids and close an auction early in the event that it is no longer available. We cannot hold a vehicle for eBay only until the reserve has been met. We often will end the auction early to the highest bidder once the reserve has been met. We make every effort to end a listing when a vehicle is sold locally however in some rare cases a vehicle may be sold locally and not available. We are not required to collect any MD state tax. We have drivers on hand that can deliver the vehicle to a Port in Baltimore Maryland or Norfolk Virginia for $300. We can also have it driven to Exporters/Ports in New Jersey for $500. Any other ports, please call me to work out details. We payoff any liens when we trade a vehicle. Therefore our vehicles are clear titles free of all liens. We usually will have the title in hand before advertising but because we deal with U.S. customers typically, we don't always have the title in hand.
