We sell late model cars, trucks, vans, commercial vehicles and more. Many are new car trade-ins, lease returns, local trades, or bank repossessions. A free CARFAX report is available on all of our inventory. We resell cars with clean titles only, and never sell vehicles with salvage, rebuilt, reconstructed, insurance claim, flood, or other gray market vehicles unless specifically noted.

While we have the titles on hand to most of our inventory, there are times when the title to a specific vehicle may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in Indiana and guarantee clear titles on all vehicles that we sell. If having title on hand is of critical importance to you please call to verify disposition prior to contracting for sale.

We charge a $89.00 documentary fee for handling paperwork, filing titles, mailing and copying costs, and required software updates.

Per Indiana Department of Revenue regulations, we MUST collect 7% sales tax on all transactions, even if the vehicle is to be registered out of state or out of the country. MOST states will credit the amount of sales tax paid in Indiana, so that a purchaser will not be taxed again in their state or country of residence. Please verify this with your local Bureau of Motor Vehicles, as the tax credit is not available in every state. If you are tax exempt (govermental units, non-profit organizations, leasing or rental companies, hauling for hire, licensed auto dealers, etc.,), you will be required to provide proper documentation of your tax exempt status.

We accept certified cashiers checks drawn on US banks in US funds. We also accept financing checks from your local bank or credit union. If you reside within 200 miles of the dealership, we may be able to help arrange financing through one of our local lenders.

If you plan to fly in to pick up your vehicle, Indianapolis International Airport is just 45 minutes away, and a shuttle bus is available to Bloomington.

Taxes and Registration fees: Per Indiana Department of Revenue guidelines, We must collect Indiana sales tax of 7% on all purchases, even if the vehicle is to to be registered out of state or out of the country. Purchaser must provide proper documentation if tax exempt (Govermental agencies, Non-profit organizations, Leasing companies, Registered dealers, etc.) We also charge an $89.00 documentary fee on all transactions.
Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping & Delivery:
1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Bland's Truck and Cars, Inc will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Bland's Truck and Cars, Inc as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Bland's Truck and Cars, Inc.
3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Finalizing your Purchase:
1. Bland's Truck and Cars, Inc will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Mike at Bland's Truck and Cars, Inc by e-mail or phone
  (812) 339-7554 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
5. All of our vehicles are advertised locally, and may be sold before auction's end.
