We are a licensed dealer in the state of Florida and must transfer titles to new owners according to Florida law. Florida residents must pay us all applicable sales tax. Buyers must pay our dealer fee of $599.00. This charge represents cost and profit to the seller/dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning and adjusting vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale.

BUYER AND DEALER AGREE THAT THE ARBITRATION PROCEEDING TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY WHERE DEALER'S BUSINESS IS LOCATED.Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own state.
