Within four business days after the auction has ended, full payment must be received by Dealer by cashiers check, certified funds or other good funds approved by Dealer.If funds are not received or an alternate arrangement made within such four-day period, the vehicle will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dealer recommends all vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility.  If buyers personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the purchased vehicle before the vehicle leaves our facility finds a substantial discrepancy between the published description and actual vehicle, we will correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid.  Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be released from any contractual obligation to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves the vehicle materially different from the published description.

Dealer accepts cashiers checks, certified funds or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions.We also accept payment from online lenders Capital One Auto Finance and eBay Finance.
All sales will be consummated at Dealers facility in San Antonio, Texas.Buyer will execute Dealers Buyers Order and all other customary documents executed by purchasers of vehicles from Dealer.Buyer will pay all applicable taxes, title and registration fees.Buyer also will pay a $50.00 documentary fee and Dealers Vehicle Inventory Tax (currently at the rate of 0.2109% or $21.09 per $10,000 spent).Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable Texas fees.Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, and other fees in their own states.

Dealer will assist you with shipping your vehicle upon your request; however, we are NOT a shipping company, and we do not accept any responsibility for shipment of vehicles.All shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping company used to transport your vehicle.
Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and buyer is dissatisfied; provided that the return must take place within three days after receipt and the vehicle has been driven fewer than 200 miles since the time of sale.A 10% restocking fee and return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
