1964 Volvo PV544 Sport - RESTORED

Collector-owned for many years, this classic PV544 ("PersonVagner") Sport recently received a full restoration. The car has NO RUST, and was repainted in correct "Pearl White" color (Code 79-1) with a deep shine. Chrome and trim are excellent. Reupholstered in correct deep red (Code 47-238) color. Excellent headliner and correct Volvo-embossed floor mat. Original AM radio with modern Blaupunkt speakers added under the dash.

Mechanically, this car runs great. Original 1800 cc, 4 cylinder engine develops 90 HP. No smoke, noises or issues of any kind. These were the cars that created Volvo's landmark reputation for reliability. 4 speed transmission shifts easily. Wide-whitewall radial tires add to the period look of this vintage cruiser.

Fun to drive and a real head-turner that garners comments wherever you go.

If you are looking for a classic, dialed-in PV544 for show or go, this is the one.

A realistic reserve has been placed on this car, below book value. It could not be restored ot this level today for the asking price. Please bid accordingly.
