Up for auction is a 1973 Chevrolet  El Camino   that was recently donated to a national charitable organization (501c3) NPO and is being sold with NO RESERVE.

This 1973 Chevrolet El Camino  is equipped with a 350 CID V8 gas engine and automatic transmission.

The vehicle runs and drives, it was only driven a short time around our facilities. 

The vehicle has 40,120* (5 digit odometer)miles. It’s well equipped. The Cloth seats appear to be in Fair condition in Front. although a good detail will make a huge difference. The exterior of the car is Blue and appears to be in Fair condition for the age of this vehicle, there are bumps and bruises commensurate with its age. Please Review All The Photos. Please keep in mind this vehicle is 41 years old The tires appear to be good with 50% plus road life left.

INFORMATION CONCERNING SMOG CERTIFICATION:

If you are a California Resident intending on registering this vehicle in the State of California, AND not a Dealer, then we will provide you with either a “certificate of compliance” or a “certificate of non-compliance” along with the sale. There will be a 60.00 fee assessed to your total amount.

Under California law all vehicles in California over 10 years old are mileage exempt including this vehicle. Per California DMV code: (CVC §§1819, 4751, 5900, and 5901)

The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity.
