THIS IS NOT A CLONE!

 

This 1967 Plymouth GTX just went through a long restoration over the last two years. When this car was found it was in the hands of the second owner and was completely taken apart. His plan was to restore it back to her former glory but health and life got in the way so he sold it to the gentleman I got it from. I was told this car was about as solid an original you will ever find. Judging by the untouched Mopar deficient trunk pan, he was not BS'ing me. There is absolutely no rust on this car and I mean none. I don't think I have ever seen a VIN tag so perfectly preserved on a Mopar. It looks brand new.

The paint is the original Turbine Bronze Metallic and has been completely repainted with everything taken off the car. SHE GLOWS!! The body is so straight on this car. Looking down the sides it looks as good as you can get. THERE IS ZERO BONDO ON THIS ONE! As straight as you will find. The bumpers have been re-chromed and all the trim is in real good shape. 

The interior is about all new with new carpets, new seat covers, new headliner and all the interior chrome redone! ($$$) The console and dash are original and still in real good shape. The speedo needs to be reconnected and the gas gauge works only when she is full. The rest of the gauges work. All the lights work as do the wipers and the heater. NICE INTERIOR!

The car has a brand new 440 with dual 4's that was rebuilt from the block up. I had her tuned nicely but my mechanic says you will need one more at the 500 mile mark. She has some very nice get up and go and has excellent pull through the gears. She has around 350HP and sounds excellent with the new exhaust. You can get in and go though. She fires right up and wants to move.
