You are bidding on a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer EVO Evolution X 10 GSR AWD. Loaded with extras like; AMS widemouth down pipe, AMS 3" turbo back exhaust single exit, AMS intercooler, agency upper intercooler pipe, H&R coil overs, Comp Clutch stage 3 and Magnus master cylinder upgrade, Setrab 19 row oil cooler with braided lines, H&R coil overs. Carbon fiber vortex generator on roof, Carbon fiber rear diffuser, Carbon fiber front intercooler air duct. Allot of money invested in this car. Interior has the Recaro seats. The brakes are BREMBO. 

It runs and drives great. FAST CAR!!!! Low miles!!! 

The interior is in nice shape with small wear marks on driver seat for its age and miles. The exterior is also in very nice shape with a few small imperfections for it's age and miles. Please view the detailed pictures for the vehicle condition. 

This vehicle was NOT in an accident. Accident free car. 

This EVO holds a Florida rebuilt title. We obtained it from an insurance company with a blown motor. It ran through a deep puddle of water and sucked the water through the intake and locked up the motor. The water never got inside the car. But since the motor was hydrolocked, the insurance company wrote it off as a flood damaged vehicle. Once again the water never got inside the car. Everything inside the car works fine. 

We then purchased a very low mileage engine with only 13k miles. Car then had around 39k miles. The car now has 42k miles and has been driven on the new motor for more than 3000 miles. No issues with it at all and it performs great. 

This car can be registered in any state just like any other clean title. It went through the Florida state rebuilt inspection and received a Rebuilt title, NOT salvage!!!!

  1. Fee and Tax Information: Processing fee is $199 regardless of the state of residence. It is mandatory and non-negotiable. Processing fee covers administrative expenses of the auction: company administrative fee, web design and auction designing, alignment, detailing and final tune-up. Processing fee is not a part of final bid amount. We don't make exceptions for dealers. If you live in another state and you want to pick up your car and drive it home, you are more then welcome to do so. We can arrange airport pickup.   7. Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturers warranties may still apply.   8. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
  9. Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
  10. Shipping & Delivery:
    1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Make It Happen Automotive, Inc. will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
    2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Make It Happen Automotive, Inc. as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Make It Happen Automotive, Inc..
    3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
  11. Finalizing your Purchase:
    1. Make It Happen Automotive, Inc. will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
    2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Tino at Make It Happen Automotive, Inc. by e-mail or phone
      727-709-3414 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
    3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 500 by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.
    4. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
