History of the Vehicle

Now for the history of this car, we bought this car from Insurance Company with damage to the rear trunk lid the car didn't even have enough damage to be considered a salvage title( I have attached a picture of the original damage near the bottom of the listing). The Left and Right side tail light was replaced, the trunk lid was replaced, the rear bumper was replaced. All parts were replaced with Maserati Original Parts. The car had no Airbag Deployment. The engine, suspension, and transmission were never damaged. All the damaged components were replaced with original Maserati parts with factory specifications. Everything was repaired professionally with experienced body men and painters who have worked with high end cars like  Mercedes, BMW, etc.

All damaged parts were replaced with original factory parts. Repairs were done with professional painters and body man with extensive experience in foreign cars.

This car came out like it never had any damage; repairs done to this car were to factory specifications, so you will not be able to tell if an accident had occurred.  So Bid with confidence as we have inspected everything on this car.

This car has been inspected by the State and comes with Georgia Rebuilt Title which is as good as clean title when it comes to registration.  This car will not require any further inspection and can be registered just like any other car without any additional paperwork or inspection in most of the States.

This Maserati is in superb condition, it drives extremely strong and handles like it should.   Transmission shifts very smoothly, AC blows ice cold. Every single thing in the car is in great working order.  All electronics work with no issues.

If you choose to have the inspection done by a licensed professional, you must do so at your own expense. Furthermore, it will be assumed that you have inspected this vehicle fully if you have placed the bid.

We are not the first owners of this vehicle and therefore cannot guarantee history, condition, reliability, mileage, title, salvage/history of salvage, function or performance of the vehicle. Vehicle Transportation & Pickup

Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. We can and will also assist in arranging for transportation upon buyer’s request. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However, we do require 2 days advance notice for any pickup or transportation.

Payment Information

If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction by phone (678)-705-9632 or by email through eBay or Axautoinc@gmail.com to set up payment arrangements.We require a $500 non-refundable deposit(unless any default on the car is founbd that is not stated) which must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. This deposit can be made through PayPal to Axautoinc@gmail.com. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required time frame and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. We will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for until the funds clear. We require 2 days Notice for any Pickup.

Storage & Late Fee Terms

Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for up to (30) calendar days . If the Payment is not made within 5 business Days, there will be $25 Charge per day after that until its paid and if you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please DO NOT bid on our auctions. If you need extra time to pay for the auction or want us to store the car for longer period, please contact us before the Auction is over.

Liquidated Damages

In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.

Choice of Law & Forum

Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and litigated in Fulton county. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail.

Sales Tax & Other Fees

All Buyers in the State of Georgia will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Registration and Transfer in State of Georgia will be done by AX Autos. Temporary Ceritfied Tag by the State of Georgia (30 days) will be provided after the sale is completed. For any out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit. 

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion and end the auction early in the event the vehicle is sold prior to the end of the auction, we shall not be held liable for such cancellations.

There will be a $250 mandatory charge attached to all sales to cover document, notary fees, and title fees.
