 Terms & Conditions

The vehicles are sold as is and it is the buyers responsibility to pick up the vehicle once all funds have been received.  A $500.00 deposit is required at the time of purchase and the balance due within 7 days.  If shipping is required we will give you a list of responsible companies that you will deal with directly.  There is a 125.00 documentation fee charged that is in addition to the agreed on selling price.  We will only collect taxes and register vehicles in the state of Texas.  All out of state sales will be the responibility of  the buyer.  Although we are a new eBay dealer this is our third year in business and you can read the feed backs for Ray Wright, who is handling our eBay postings, at southwestcarsdirect where he has over 150 positive feedbacks and retired from there in January to open his own consulting business and we are happy to have him as a part of our team.
