Deposit- The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment-Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due(plus applicable taxes and fees) within 7 Days of the vehicle  close of the auction. Items will not be available for pick-up or shipping until full payment Is received and cleared by nour local bank.

Shipping- We can get you a Great Quote on shipping, contact our sales agent and they can get you a quote over the phone. Otherwise buyer is responsible to set up shipping or pickup of the vehicle.

Texas Residents- Are responsible for paying State Sales Tax of 6.25%, Vehicle Inventory Tax of .001823%, Title Transfer of $33.00 and a License Fee of $69.25(possibly more for a Heavy Truck) and a Documentary Fee of $100.00. Non-Texas Residents- Are responsible for Vehicle Inventory Tax of .001823% and a Documentary Fee of $100.00. The proverbial TTL....Tax, Title and License fees we collect are only a pass through Fee and only the exact amount is collected to complete that transaction. Any amount collected in excess will cheerfully be refunded!

Taxes- We are responsible for collecting all taxes, title and license fees and transferring the vehicle  for Texas residents. Non-Texas residents are responsible for Inventory Tax and a Documentary fee and may pay the Tax,Title and License and registor the vehicle in their state.
