Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $5000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. The car is advertized locally. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. The transaction is not complete untill the car is paid in full and all original documents are signed and returned to us.

Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. We can assist you arranging financing through one of our lenders.

Taxes are buyer's responsibility for their applicable state.  The sales price of the car DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY SALES TAX! If we provide financing, we have to collect taxes and registation fees. On cash deals we only have to collect taxes for the following states: AZ, CA, FL, HI, IN, IL, MA, MI and SC.

There are 3 other fees associated with the transaction. Doc fee $166.27 ,$30.00 out of state drive-away tag and $50 for UPS Overnight (to and from) for the docs.
