Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 866-786-5556 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.

Within (4) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are the winning bidder and fail to make payment, we will seek legal remedy outside of eBay. A $500 restocking fee will be charged and all 3 major credit bureaus will be notified of your failure to pay. We feel that if you’re on the internet bidding on a vehicle, you should have the means and ability to pay for it. Shipping-Transport of Vehicle

Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

All buyers pay a $189.00 documentary fee. Nebraska buyers must pay sales tax plus applicable Nebraska fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.
