• Deposit: Deposit of $400 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close or buyer risks a no-sale defualt. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection, deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied toward the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity.


• Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 3 days to pay in full.


• Warranty: Equipment is covered by manufacturers warranty only. State mandated warranties may also apply. 


• Financing: We offer financing through eBays Financing Center, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC), Chase Auto Finance, GMAC, Citizen's Auto Finance, TD Bank, Capital One and others. • Availability: We reserve the right to remove this listing due to on-site sales.


• Shipping: The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COST. We will gladly arrange your shipping worldwide (for pre-owned vehicles) and within the United States (for New Vehicles) at reasonable rates, be sure to ask your sales person for shipping rates/details.


• Condition - USED: Most vehicles sold are Pre-owned vehicles and are sold in an "AS-IS" condition. Some vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Please keep in mind that no used vehicle is perfect. Please expect some normal cosmetic and mechanical wear consistent with the vehicle's mileage.


• Condition - NEW: New vehicles sold will be in showroom condition.  Please note there may be geographic incentive restrictions on some new vehicles and while we do our best to list these within the auction, we may miss some by mistake.  Please be sure to call us prior to the end of the auction to make sure that you qualify for all incentives. If you are an international bidder and do not contact us to prove residency (in the USA) for the purpose of new vehicle incentive qualification, we may cancel your bid prior to auction close.


• Mileage: Miles posted in this auction listing may vary slightly due to local test-driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing. Vehicles older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt. 


• Obligations: All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Camden County, New Jersey. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Cherry Hill, Camden County, New Jersey and all obligation of purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Cherry Hill, Camden County, New Jersey.


• Venue: It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Camden County, New Jersey.

• Doc Fee: All private and dealer sales are subject to a $154.50 Dealer Documentation Fee (Doc).  This covers the costs associated with paperwork and handling related to the execution of sale, title and registration documentation.
• Prep Fee: All private and dealer sales are subject to a Vehicle Prep Fee (Prep) of $104.50 which includes detailing the vehicle, inspecting the vehicle, and checking tires and fluids before shipment or sale.
• NJ Residents: NJ residents will pay 7% sales tax and all applicable registration / inspection fees.  Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
