We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make payment arrangements at that time. A $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 24 hrs of the end of auction. All financial transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction end. If we are not contacted within the 24 hour of auction end, we reserve the right to sell it to next highest bidder or re-list the vehicle for sale. You are required to handle and pay taxes in your own state for this vehicle. Florida is a title holding state. Some titles take up to 30 days to receive from lien holders. We reserve the right to end the auction at anytime to sell the vehicle to a client who walks into our dealership. Please call for further details.

Fees and Taxes:
We have a $689.00 dealer handling/admin/doc fee that is over and above the agreed selling price. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
