Shipping:

We can help arrange shipping if needed or we will gladly cooperate with your chosen shipper. Buyer is responsible al shipping and delivery fees.

Our vehicles usually come out the NYC area near Zip code 11361 , we can escort and deliver vehicles within a reasonable distance.

Pick Up:

Should the buyer decide to pick up the vehicle, we are more than happy to meet with the buyer at a given location, local airport or other transportation facility and complete the transaction in person.

We can arrange for your new vehicle to meet you at a location, where you can easily complete the paperwork in a matter of minutes and be on your way. Insurance and other information will need to be documented and processed before your arrival.

Right to inspection:
All buyers have the right to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding on the auction. We strive to accurately describe the vehicle but we must remind you that you are buying a used vehicle, generally its always better to inspect prior to bidding and bid accordingly. We will glady supply additonal specific pictures or information upon request. If the buyer decides to forfeit the right to the available vehicle inspection prior to bidding, the vehicle is to be accepted in current condition,  we make every attempt to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible.

A picture is worth 1,000 words policy. eBay is changing the buying experience and helping buyers have a safer experience with the new policies in place. These are there to differentiate the bad sellers from the good. We strive to describe vehicles as best as we can, we understand it is tough to buy a used car sight unseen.  Our descriptions are composed of high resolution images as well as lengthy descriptions that highlight the good and the bad about every car we sell. Please use a combination of all the media we provide to get an accurate picture of what kind of car you are buying.

Changes to vehicle condition: We shall not be held responsible for any minor changes to vehicle condition such as change in mileage, minor scuffs, etc. Vehicles are moved or test driven during the auction course and are not stored in air tight containers. We take every precaution to secure our vehicles and maintain presented condition.

Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale, as they are sometimes sold locally and the listings are not updated or removed in time.

PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER TO OFFER THE SECOND CHANCE OPTION.

Payment:
A $400 deposit is due immediately (within 24 hours of the auction close) and the balance is to be paid in full and payment must clear prior to shipping.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash (in person when picking up), certified check, loan check, money order or bank wire transfer. We may be able to accept a personal check from certain banks, please contact us before making such a payment.

 If the funds cannot be made availabe immediately we will provide a copy of title and retain the original until funds clear. 

If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise locally. Please arrange financing prior to bidding, we can assist as needed.

Fees: We charge a small fee of $150 which includes the title transfer , state document processing and a transportation tag if needed. Taxes, additional home state title and registration fees are not included and vary from state to state.

Taxes: We must collect sales tax for all NJ sales, currently 7%
