The car was taken to a Toyota dealership for upgrades. Toyota subcontracted the engine work to a local company called Tuner Solutions, who specialized in performance upgrades. The entire engine was rebuilt from the bottom up, and parts including the pistons and rods were upgraded. They used Wyco pistons. It still has the same crankshaft. They also did a turbo swap, changing out the twin turbos for a more powerful single GReddy T-78 turbo setup, adding a GReddy boost controller plus an AEM air/fuel ratio gauge for extra monitoring. Tuner Solutions also added a stand-alone engine management computer system, installed a stage 3 clutch and 4" intake, and upgraded the intercooler, ignition, and fuel system. This car runs on premium gasoline available at every gas station, though it can be reprogrammed to run on racing fuel and even aviation gas, if desired. Everything else was done by the Toyota service department. The Getrag 6-speed transmission was replaced with another Getrag unit in 2005, as it wouldn't stay in 3rd gear, and Toyota service bulletins advised a complete replacement. 2-piece Volk Racing wheels were installed, and the suspension was upgraded with JIC Magic coilovers. A turbo timer is installed, but it had a parasitic draw, so it is disabled. On high boost setting, it produces 630 HP at the wheels, and 425 HP on low. The car came equipped with electronic traction control, but that is disabled by the standalone engine management system. 




Camdon Autosport presents this 1993 Toyota Supra Turbo Sport Roof in Black with Ecru leather interior. This body style is known as the Mark IV. The first year of the Mark IV (1993) is known as the "Premier Edition", and each is badged as such on the ashtray lid in the center console.

This vehicle is powered by an intercooled, GReddy-turbocharged, 3.0L, dual overhead camshaft (DOHC), 24-valve inline 6-cylinder engine. A GReddy PRofec B-spec II boost controller was installed and mounted on the top of the steering column, and an AEM air/fuel ratio gauge was installed and mounted in the glove box. This is mated to a 6-speed manual Getrag transmission with stage 3 clutch. Additionally, this vehicle is rear-wheel drive with a Torsen limited slip differential. Steering is handled by a speed-sensing progressive power rack-and-pinion system.

It is loaded with safety features like 4-sensor 3-channel Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), four-wheel power vented disc brakes, dual-stage driver & front passenger frontal airbags, three-point seat belts in every position with front seat belt pretensioners and force limiters, and Toyota Theft Deterrent System!

This vehicle is awesome! It looks good inside and out. With the engine and suspension upgrades, it drives like a beast! It's really a rare treat.
