4. Buyers Inspection:


Fine Cars Autos has done its best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Fine Cars  Autos welcomes any buyers inspections. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. There will not be any inspections after the end of the auction. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.


      5. Representations and Warranties made by seller:

This vehicle is being sold "AS IS". Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply. Extended warranty may be available. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids
This vehicle is sold AS IS, with no warranties made, offered, or implied by the seller.
The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the end of the Auction. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.


  6.  Taxes and Registration fees: 


THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $ 199.00 ATACHED TO ALL SALES NO EXCEPTIONS TO COVER THE COST OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEES, NOTARY, FED EX,AND A LIGHT DETAIL.  Any buyers in the State of Florida will be required to pay All taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. All the registration in state of FL. will be done by F. C. Autos. A 30 days temporary tag will be provided after the sale is completed.


7. Shipping & Delivery:


All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Fine Cars Autos will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom.
All shipping arrangements are provided by Fine Cars Autos as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with F. C. Autos.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 3 to 8 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.


8. Finalizing your Purchase:

Successful high bidder MUST communicate with US  at Fine Cars Auto Sales by phone at (786) 247-0918 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500.00 by PayPal, cash or bank certified funds. Rest of the funds will be required in 3 business days by Cashiers check, Wire transfer or Certified check.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
We require a minimum of 1 Day advance notice for the vehicle pick up after the conclusion of auction to cover vehicle detailing and to assign time for the transaction.

NON PAYING BIDDERS


We have heard it all: "Someone got my password and bid without me knowing, I bid the wrong amount, I hit buy it now by mistake, my kid bid by accident.  Bidding is a 3 step process and there is no way you can do it on accident all 3 times, so if you do win any of our auctions and do not honor your bid, you are agreeing for us to sue you in the state of FLORIDA under the Uniform Commercial Code of Breach of Contract of a Volume Seller. By bidding on our auctions, you are also agreeing to pay for all of our Legal Fees, court cost, investigative costs, travel and hotel expenses, when the court finds you guilty for Breach of Contact under the UCC. We take our business very seriously and for anyone who tries to hurt our business by not paying will be sued and we will go after their bank account, cars, property, paycheck liens anything that our attorneys can put their hands on.  So for your sake and our, if you don't have the funds to buy our cars or don't have the intention to buy our cars PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!!
