Hi and thanks for stopping by to view our "No Reserve" auction for this, well kept and maintained, really good condition for her year, 2006 Jeep Commander SUV! Always been a Florida vehicle and only 2 previous owners. According to the Carfax report below she is $560 above retail book value! She has been thoroughly checked out, serviced and IS ready to go! We inspected this vehicle for collision and found no signs whatsoever of any damage, so I can only assume it was very minor. No signs of frame damage, no undercarriage damage, overall looks extremely good and clean. As you can see by the many detailed photos taken, the "Steel Blue" metallic exterior shines like the Florida sun! Very clean, looks really nice for her year. The "Gray" interior is in very good shape, no rips, no burns or tears. Nice design and quality build materials. The leather seats are comfortable, firm and supportive. The 2nd and 3rd row seats fold to create a large, convenient cargo area to haul around groceries or items from your local do-it-yourself stores! Just sitting in this Commander gives you a sense of spaciousness. She is larger in overall height than the Cherokee, which allows the 2nd and 3rd rows of seating to be arranged stadium-style for better forward visibility. I have personally driven this Jeep and the air conditioning is ice cold and the 3.7L, 6-cylinder engine is suprisingly powerful and satisfying, she runs strong, really smooth when called upon. The 5-speed, shiftable, automatic transmission, shifts smooth and on time. She features, winter package, power front seats, DVD entertainment with remote control, rear park assist, 3rd row, heated external mirrors, power adjusting pedals, rear air conditioning, leather upholstery, very good condition tires, 17" alloy wheels, power front sunroof in fine working order, fixed, double middle row sun roofs, flip up rear glass, homelink, dimming rear view mirror, external temperature display, compass, tilt, leather steering wheel with cruise controls, fog lights, front and side air bags, 4-wheel ABS disc brakes, spare tire, jack, tinted glass, tachometer, rear wiper, rear defogger, power locks, mirrors, windows, rear door child locks, keyless entry, cruise control, roof rack, CD player and more! Please be advised that buyers MUST be pre-approved before bidding on ALL finance deals. Sales are final and complete. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. Please speak to your sales representative for specifics.

  • We accept All Major credit cards. Deposits can be made up to $500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. We will NOT hold any vehicle, without your deposit, after the first 24 hours. Deposits are final and non-refundable, they are not subject to your financial loan approval or to your approval terms.

  • *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc.  A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees.   • We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Our vehicles may be used for demonstration purposes after they have been listed on Ebay. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear.   • All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.

  • We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or negative feedback.

  • Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.

  • A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.

  • All purchases are Governed by/and in accordance with the State of Florida and Federal Law's and regulations.
