    iDrive incourages pre purchase inpection of all units by a independent third party or the purchaser. We are located in Hollywood, Florida a municipality of Ft. Lauderdale.

     

    1. ALL INVENTORY IS CARFAX AND AUTOCHECK CERTIFIED. 
    2. We provide FREE transportation from our two major airports in south Florida, Miami International and Ft. Lauderdale Hollywood International. Preference if possible should be Ft. Lauderdale Hollywood due to it being located 15 minuts from our location.
    3. All sales are subject to a Flat $279.00 Documentary Fee, and all Tax, Tag, License and Registration Fees.
    4. Our document and dealer service fees are collected by iDrive and are NOT required by law.
    5. Florida residents pay 6% sales tax and registration fees. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
    6. The BUYER is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS. iDrive can help arrange shipping at reasonable rates. More information can be obtained about shipping by contacting iDrive.
    7. ALL inventory are PRE-OWNED automobiles, trucks and vans. They are sold in AS-IS condition. Some of the iDrive inventory may still be under factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Vehicles 10 years and newer with less than 100K miles MAY qualify for our 3 month 3000 mile NIADA CERTIFIED Pre-owned Limited Warranty. 
    8. Deposits are deemed to be NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle FAILS a professional onsite inpection, deposits on vehicles not PURCHASED are applied toward the high cost of paperwork, vehicle relisting, and over all lost dealership productivity.
    9. ALL obligations regarding this contract or any agreement shall be performed in Broward County Florida. The vehicle shall be delivered in Broward County Florida and all obligations of the purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Broward County Florida.
    10. It is AGREED by ALL parties to any and all transactions involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any and all legal proceedings shall be Broward County Florida.
    11. Miles on the Vehicles which are posted may vary slighty due to Delivery, Test Driving, Repairs or Road Testing.
    12. iDrive accept PayPAL for deposit ONLY. Balance must be in CASH in person, Cashier Check, Money Order, or Bank Financing. 

     

    VEHICLE CONDITION

    As stated, please keep in mind that though iDrive is very selective in obtaining only those vehicles which are CARFAX and AUTOCHECK certifed NO vehicle is perfect. The buyer should expect some normal cosmetic and mechanical wear.

     

    TERMS OF SALE

    AS stated, winning bidder MUST make a $500.00 deposit within 24 hours or risk default.
