The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. We accept payment in the form of bank wire, cash, cashiers check or money order. A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit may be due at that time and the remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder or sell it otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any auction before it's end date/time.

Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Financing is available (WAC), please call for details. ALL FUNDS MUST CLEAR OUR BANK BEFORE TAKING DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for auto shippers or we have provided a link (at the bottom of this listing) for a dependable nationwide shipper.  We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if reserve has not been met, or the auction has not ended.   We will gladly arrange pick up at Houston's Bush Intercontinental Airport or Hobby.

 Buyer pays all sales tax and related fees. All sales are subject to a $90.00 Administration Fee $125.00 documentary fee and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .002243 of the purchase price. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration fee of $146.80. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
