Up for auction is a beautiful 2006 Cadillac XLR-V with 50,800 miles. 4.4 liter supercharged engine with an automatic transmission. It is Black Raven with black suede and leather interior. Full power retractable hardtop, touch screen navigation, 6-disc CD changer, BOSE premium audio, HUD, steering wheel controls, dual power seats, climate control, 20" gloss black wheels, yellow calipers with Hawk ceramic brake pads, and tinted headlights and taillights. This car is in fact a 2006 but has 2009 front and rear bumper covers. The interior is close to perfect with the exception of the bottom seat cushions, which I have new from GM and need installed and do come with the car. Owners manual and 2 key fobs are also included. I do have clean title in hand. Please e-mail me with any questions.
We purchased new from GM C6 ZO6 Calipers, rotors, HAWK ceramic brake pads (low dust) and brake hoses. Also new OEM ride control shocks and springs front and rear. It has new 2009 mufflers and new GM water pump. It has a performance tune to increase HP and transmission shifting. I also replaced all the interior console pieces new for GM. You can see on my feedback where I sold the other pieces. You will not find a nicer, cleaner car. It gets noticed everywhere I go and people are always commenting on how great it looks. These are rare so it gets a lot of attention. The previous owner put the bumper covers on for esthetics only. Car has a clean car fax with no history. I am sad to be parting with it as we have been on many road trips this past summer and it is so much fun but I have a new car to replace it and I want to pass it on for someone else to enjoy :)

J.D. Power: Mini, Lexus again offer most satisfying sales experience
Thu, 29 Nov 2012JD Power has released its annual Sales Satisfaction Index Study, and once again Mini and Lexus have taken top honors. Overall, buyers are more satisfied with the auto-buying sales experience than they were last year, with those surveyed reporting an average score of 664 points on a 1,000-point scale. That's up from 648 in 2011. Dealer satisfaction also increased by five points over last year as well.
All told, Lexus brought home an index score of 737, which was high enough to put it atop the luxury brands for the second year in a row. JD Power says Infiniti came in second in that category with a score of 728 and Cadillac rounded out the podium with it's rating of 725. Speaking of Infiniti, that brand saw the single largest jump in sales satisfaction of any brand on the survey, popping up 52 index points over 2011.
Among mass-market brands, Mini ranked highest with a score of 712, followed closely by Buick with 706 and GMC farther down the line with 683. You can check out the full press release below for more information.
Cadillac sales chief fired over policy violation
Sun, 21 Jul 2013Amidst a good year for Cadillac, which is experiencing higher sales gains than any other US brand this year, the US sales chief has been fired over a policy violation, Automotive News reports.
The sales chief, Chase Hawkins, "has left effective immediately," GM spokesman David Caldwell told Automotive News. Caldwell went on to say that Hawkins' replacement would be chosen soon.
Hawkins became the US sales chief in June 2012, and before that was the regional sales director for Cadillac in the Northeast US, overseeing 168 dealerships.
