1992 Cadillac Seville - Only Two Owners
Driven daily, recent oil change and computer checked for any defects (there are none). A new coolant hose has been installed recently and system flushed, as well as a new power steering reservoir and catalytic converter within the past year. Newer tires with plenty of tread. The car has leather heated and power seats as with all buttons work very well. Spacious, comfortable, rides well. The car has a very large trunk and has a powerful motor. The engine can run a little rough but has no effect on the overall performance of the vehicle. It has proven to be a reliable car and it is sad to see it go. A relative gave me a newer car forcing the sale. It has developed a crack in the windshield from the cold which will need to be addressed, but otherwise there are few problems with the vehicle. The problems it does have, in fact, do not hamper its ability whatsoever. An example being that the emergency brake has to be released by hand once engaged. The car is inspected until June! The gas mileage is very good on the highway and is decent around town. Give me a call or shoot me an email or text if interested. The sooner the better. Cadillac CT6 ushers in new naming convention
Wed, 24 Sep 2014Johan de Nysschen has been at his new post as president of Cadillac for not even three months , but he's already seen two of his most notable accomplishments from his two-year tenure as president of Infiniti matched by Cadillac. The brand has announced that it is relocating its headquarters, and is now officially changing its nomenclature.
The brand's new flagship model will abandon the familiar three-letter designation enjoyed by every other model in the range (aside from the Escalade), and adopt an alpha-numeric title. So, rather than the expected title of LTS, Cadillac's top-end car will be called the CT6.
Of course, this won't be limited to just one model. According to Cadillac's press release, "familiar lettering like 'CT' would be used for car models, with the number indicating the relative size and position of the cars in the hierarchy of Cadillac models." And yes, that means what you think it means - Cadillac will use the exact same naming formula, albeit with different letters, as Infiniti.
2016 Cadillac CT6 shows crisp sense of style in leaked images
Tue, Mar 31 2015You're looking at the 2016 Cadillac CT6, aided by the almost inevitable internet-aided leak, ahead of its debut at the New York Auto Show this week. As you can see, the overall shape is straight-edged and aggressive, and overall in keeping with what we've seen from Cadillac over the last several years. High-tech lighting clusters extend from the fender peaks all the way down in what appear to be LED strips toward the lower fascia and its rectangular fog lights. A suitably massive grille encrusted in chrome boasts one of the larger Wreath and Crest badges we've ever witnessed on a car. Under that sharply creased hood will sit a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine with 400 horsepower at its disposal, according to Cadillac, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. A naturally aspirated 3.6-liter V6 will also be available, we're told. We may wish for an edgier range-topping sedan from Cadillac, but it's not really fair to draw any real conclusions from just one leaked image. In other words, stay tuned, 'cause the rest of the story won't be far behind.
