Up for your consideration is a 1985 Cadillac Fleetwood Coupe,1 of 8336 made,with 94,751 miles.I purchased this from the original owners daughter.The caddy is in nice condition for its age.it has some flaws .
Headliner sags but no rips,surface rust spots(see pics),cracks in fender exstensions,needs water pump,two dings in driver side door .
This caddy is in good condition other than what the problems I listed.It runs very good other than the water pump,transmission shifts nice,heat,ac (needs recharge),cruise,power seats, power trunk closer,radio/cassette,power antenna all work.The color is Cotillion White with dark blue heather cloth interior.other than the few issues with the body(see pics)the rest of the body and paint are very nice.Interior is in very good condition except for the sagging headliner.Chrome is in good condition,engine is clean and still has original hoses and clamps.trunk is clean,no rust in floors.Tires are in good condition,wire wheel hub caps are very nice.Also have all the owner manuals,original window sticker and 4 uncut GOLD Keys....Optional equipment package includes.
trunk mat,door edge gaurds,rear defogger,heated outside mirrors,tilt & telescoping wheel,locking wire wheel caps,am/fm sig seek & scan-dig displ & cassette,twilight sentinel.

Cadillac sales chief fired over policy violation
Sun, 21 Jul 2013Amidst a good year for Cadillac, which is experiencing higher sales gains than any other US brand this year, the US sales chief has been fired over a policy violation, Automotive News reports.
The sales chief, Chase Hawkins, "has left effective immediately," GM spokesman David Caldwell told Automotive News. Caldwell went on to say that Hawkins' replacement would be chosen soon.
Hawkins became the US sales chief in June 2012, and before that was the regional sales director for Cadillac in the Northeast US, overseeing 168 dealerships.
Hennessy wastes no time in supercharging the 2015 Cadillac Escalade
Wed, 23 Apr 2014The ink is still drying on the all-new 2015 Cadillac Escalade sales brochures, but that hasn't stopped Texas-based Hennessey Performance (HPE) from leaping out of the gate with its own high-performance variant. In stock form, the big fourth-generation Cadillac flagship arrives with a new small block naturally aspirated 6.2-liter Ecotec3 V8 delivering 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. Fresh out of the showroom, the 5,900-pound SUV will sprint to 60 mph in 5.9 seconds.
While that is plenty fast for some owners, others don't want to be shamed by a 550 horsepower Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG or a 510 horsepower Land Rover Range Rover Sport - both will leave the stock Escalade at a stoplight.
The team at HPE has come to the rescue with its HPE550 supercharger upgrade, which includes a belt-driven supercharger, air-to-water intercooler, recalibrated engine management software and a three-year/36,000 mile powertrain warranty. With 6 psi of boost, the direct-injected 6.2-liter is tuned to deliver an impressive 557 horsepower and 542 pound-feet of torque - gains of 32 percent and 18 percent, respectively, over stock. Although HPE isn't releasing performance figures as of yet, our math says that should be enough power to put the two Europeans in the Cadillac's rearview mirror. The company also offers a set of 20-inch lightweight H10 forged monoblock wheels, to further improve performance.

GM's bid to rationalize Europe will impact the products that will be offered domestically.
It seems that Europe is defining the future of General Motors more so than its home North American market. Having axed Saturn, Pontiac and Hummer, GM has done a fairly good job of repositioning its remaining four divisions, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick and GMC. Cadillac carries the luxury banner. Chevrolet is aimed at the masses with cars and trucks along with a nod to performance thanks to Camaro and Corvette. Buick bridges the premium gap between Chevy and Cadillac, while GMC offers a hardcore work/upscale proposition.
