Hello you are bidding on a very nice 2007 Cadillac Escalade AWD with 110,700 miles. The vehicle is fully loaded, runs and drives great. I purchased the vehicle for my wife to drive in DEC of 2010. The vehicle was wrecked in the right front. I replaced the right fender, hood, right headlight, front bumper cover, radiator core support, right foglight, and misc mounting brackets and hardware. The vehicle had 72,000 miles when we purchased it, the vehicle now has 110,700 miles on it. The vehicle has performed great since we repaired it. The vehicle has been garaged kept since we purchased it in 2010. The vehicle was serviced every 3,000 miles, we use penzoil in the vehicle. I also just had transfer case, transmission and rear differential serviced. The impact was a high hit above the rails.I have the kentucky rebuilt title in hand. The title is transferable in all 50 states just like a regular title. The vehicle is available for inspection. Please feel free to contact me at 502 817 2972. The vehicle is also for sale locally and we do reserve the right to end the auction early. The interior in the vehicle is in very nice, the front seats are like new no rips or tears and no signs of wear. The carpet is also is like new. The vehicle does have third row seat, second row buckets, nav, moonroof, leather, and power running boards. Nice vehicle. The brakes were also replaced about 10,000 miles ago. We installed wagner thermoquiet brake pads. Any questions please call me. I have the other third row seat the goes with the vehicle, it was just out at the time of the picture. The platinum edition wheels and tires I purchased were new take off set, they have 20,000 miles on them since I installed them.

Cadillac's semi-autonomous Super Cruise pushed back to 2017

Thu, Jan 14 2016

It looks like General Motors is discovering just how difficult it is to bring autonomous vehicle technology fit for public consumption to market. The company has pushed back the launch of its semi-autonomous Super Cruise technology by several months. Originally promised by CEO Mary Barra for a fall 2016 debut, Super Cruise was supposed to be offered first on the new CT6 sedan. Automotive News is reporting that won't be the case, following a statement from GM confirming that the new system would be pushed to sometime in 2017. At the very least, that's a several month delay. GM cited the need to get the system right and keep owners safe, which prevented a firm date for Super Cruise's debut. Product boss Mark Reuss was more blunt, though, telling AN, "It will come out when it is ready." Super Cruise would be one of the earliest examples of driverless tech to be put into public hands, following the introduction of Tesla's semi-autonomous AutoPilot system in 2015. Most other automakers experimenting with the autonomous vehicles don't foresee public sales until early in the next decade, including Toyota, Renault-Nissan, and Volvo. Before Barra suggested a 2016 debut, GM originally aimed to introduce its semi-autonomous system in 2020. Related Video:

Cadillac ELR update delayed over autonomous drive systems issues

Fri, Nov 28 2014

Rumors had been circulating that the 2016 Cadillac ELR would bow in Los Angeles recently, featuring, in Cadillac's own words, "engineering enhancements." The rumors and that quote are as far as it got – the updated ELR pulled a no-show in LA, and no one outside of the brand appears to know when it will appear. GM Inside News says its sources at Cadillac pinned the ELR's absence on some autonomous driving features not being ready to reveal. According to GMI, Cadillac insiders say the upgraded ELR will be a "highly autonomous vehicle," and the company needs more time to gets its systems polished. The site says "it's not unreasonable to assume that ELR will be [the] vehicle" that gets Cadillac's Super Cruise technology, but that seems a lot more involved than "engineering enhancements," and in September Cadillac said we'd see it sometime in the next two years. It's possible the wait for the 2016 ELR and its secrets might only be a couple of months: the next-generation Chevrolet Volt, which shares a platform with the ELR and whose engineering updates we know quite a bit about, is scheduled to appear at the 2015 Detroit Auto Show in January.

SRX-replacing Cadillac XT5 spied for the very first time

Thu, 30 Oct 2014

Cadillac has got big plans in place to revitalize its lineup, with new sedans, coupes and crossovers. And it all starts with this, the replacement for the SRX.
Expected to be called XT5 in line with the brand's new naming scheme, the crossover will be based on a scalable new platform called C1XX - or Chi, for short. In its shorter form, Chi is anticipated to underpin the XT5 as well as a new Chevy crossover and the next-gen GMC Acadia. In long-wheelbase form, the platform is slated to give us a larger Cadillac crossover as well as a new Buick Enclave and Chevy Traverse.
Power in the XT5 will be provided by a choice of turbo four or atmospheric six, potentially to be transmitted through GM's new nine-speed automatic.
