Ok what can I say about this car.  ORIGINAL OWNER SELLING.. It's gong to need somebody likes fixing up as a hobby.

This car going to need a mechanically inclined person to get it on tip top shape. This car can still be inspected for the road. The state inspection just expired. To get it inspected its probably going to need two tires. (front) back is still passable, For inspection brakes are fine, everything works even all of the car power options. Windows, lights, dome, blinkers, push button for gas and truck. Everything works.

Now here what it really needs to get it in tip top shape. The inside passenger side window the bracket that hold the window need to be replaced it can still go up and down but you need to guide the window with one or your hands. That is the only think need to be done on the inside maybe replace or repair the rip console in the middle from wear and tear.

Now the rest of the car. It seems to have a short that drains the battery I have to jump it after maybe two days of cold days. If I start it everyday it starts. It lost it mojo. The car seems to lose power when you try to accelerate. It runs great on straight away road or highway but loses speed going up hill. If I am on a interstate highway going seventy and going up hill it will gradually decline in speed until it level off at 45 mph. When it get on the straight or down hill it goes to normal speed. I had two local mechanic check it out and neither was able to fix this. The air conditioner as far as I know the last time I refilled it with freon the air conditioner works the compression or whatever its called works but it got a leak and needs to be fix.  The driver side door is scraped  with the trim a little damaged no damaged to door.  The truck area top has three small dings.

Whats new. I had the radiator replace, Starter, Brakes, Alternator,   Converter, muffler, Last tune up about twos years ago.

This car average less than 6,000 miles a year we only use this when all of my other three cars are not available. The Miles are original 140,000 miles. You will be able to tell when you starts this. It hum like a kitten.  Reason for selling. I just purchase a Van for my work and I don't need five vehicle with four driver in my household.

Seinfeld and Don Rickles stretch out in classic Caddy for latest CiCGC

Thu, 04 Jul 2013

It's no surprise that for the newest episode of Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, airing for the first time on the 4th of July, that a couple of American classics are involved. You'll Never Play the Copa unites Seinfeld with legendary curmudgeon Don Rickles, driving around in a stunner of a 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Seville in Gleneagles Green (upholstery wrapped in Grandma-spec plastic, of course).
Mr. Rickles really steals the show in this one - maybe our favorite CiCGC to date - though the Eldorado plays a strong-jawed costarring role, for sure. Stories about Ronald Regan, Frank Sinatra, Billy Graham and, of course, Herkie Styles are more than worth the price of admission. Check it out below.

No, Cadillac is not killing its flagship CT6 sedan

Sat, Jul 22 2017

Mark Twain never actually said that reports of his death had been greatly exaggerated. But if the Cadillac CT6 could talk, those are the exact words it would use. Speaking to Jalopnik, Cadillac chief Johan de Nysschen confirmed, emphatically, "There is absolutely no plan, at all, to cancel the CT6." In fact, says de Nysschen, the CT6 will soon be the beneficiary of significant investment. "The [CT6] forms a very important part of our product strategy going forward for the brand. The car also has a very major contribution to make to the shaping of brand perceptions, and the transformational process that Cadillac is undergoing." For instance, expect the CT6 to spearhead General Motors' most advanced forays into self-driving automobile technology. Interestingly, though, the Cadillac ATS and CTS sedans probably won't live past their current generations as the automaker 're-balances its sedan portfolio.' Replacement models are "in development" right now, says de Nysschen, which will "much more clearly separate the market position, both in terms of target customer demographics, in terms of market segments and in terms of price points between these three sedan lineups." So, that's confirmation that the Cadillac CT6 is going to stick around for a while. But what of other models cited by Reuters to potentially be killed, like the Buick LaCrosse and Chevy Impala and Volt? Read our take on that here, but suffice it to say that we don't think they're in danger, either. 2016 Cadillac CT6 shows crisp sense of style in leaked images

Tue, Mar 31 2015

You're looking at the 2016 Cadillac CT6, aided by the almost inevitable internet-aided leak, ahead of its debut at the New York Auto Show this week. As you can see, the overall shape is straight-edged and aggressive, and overall in keeping with what we've seen from Cadillac over the last several years. High-tech lighting clusters extend from the fender peaks all the way down in what appear to be LED strips toward the lower fascia and its rectangular fog lights. A suitably massive grille encrusted in chrome boasts one of the larger Wreath and Crest badges we've ever witnessed on a car. Under that sharply creased hood will sit a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine with 400 horsepower at its disposal, according to Cadillac, mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. A naturally aspirated 3.6-liter V6 will also be available, we're told. We may wish for an edgier range-topping sedan from Cadillac, but it's not really fair to draw any real conclusions from just one leaked image. In other words, stay tuned, 'cause the rest of the story won't be far behind.
