This Cadillac was salvage due to some water entering the rear floor area and into the trunk.This car was in a garage on jack stands during hurricane Sandy. The car was up high enough that no water entered the engine or transmission. The seats and carpets were removed and everything was cleaned. The car has been in the family since 1986 female owned and has been well maintained and always garaged.It has 88700 miles ,the engine runs strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. It has a few scratches nothing major,that you might expect from a 29 year old car ,the interior is nice without any rips but it could use a new headliner. The paint has a great shine and all the chrome is almost perfect.It has a nice stereo with the Bose option but the electric antenna is not working. It also has the Barritz stainless steel roof with a sunroof..After a inspection at a N.J. Motor Vehicle Salvage Inspection Station the car passed and now has a clear and transferable title with a S notation. 2013 Cadillac ATS Premium 2.0T 6MT
Wed, 06 Feb 2013The new Cadillac ATS is an impressive sport sedan, often considered one of the most serious threats to the BMW 3 Series. Unlike GM's previous attempts, this four door brings aggressive styling, commendable chassis dynamics and class-leading handling to the highly competitive battle. And, like its daunting German foe, Cadillac offer several powertrain choices.
I recently spent time with the ATS 2.0T Premium on my home California turf. Fitted with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed manual gearbox with a limited-slip rear differential, my tester was lightly optioned, with only a paint upgrade and a cold weather package. That brought the as-tested price to $46,305, configured the way I imagine most enthusiasts would prefer. This meant I fully expected to enjoy a week with a tossable sport sedan that boasted "fun-to-drive" as its middle name, but all was not well...

Cadillac has pulled the wraps off of its newest family member, the long-rumored, Voltec-powered, eye-catching extended range hybrid coupe called the ELR. The car makes use of the same basic architecture as the Chevrolet Volt, but has been thoroughly layered on with design, technology and performance tuning - with the goal of being a properly situated product for the Cadillac brand.
Cadillac XTS to become Opel flagship sedan?
Tue, 24 Jul 2012According to Auto-News.de, Opel is considering using Cadillac's all-new big sedan, the XTS, as the base for its new flagship car, which would likely carry the name Omega.
WorldCarFans.com speculates that Opel could use GM's 3.6-liter direct-injection V6 that generates 304 horsepower or, possibly, a 2.8-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine that creates 321 horsepower to power the vehicle. The European automaker could even use a 195-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder engine in this application - fine, since many of Europe's largest sedans are powered by smaller, more efficient engines.
Regardless of power, the Omega could arrive at dealerships by the end of 2013.
