I have owned this car for almost two years. The car has been completely painted, new pin striping, side moldings. So no dents or dings very good chrome. Some pitting here and there but decent with no rust. New front and rear brakes, emergency brake cable, master cylinder, brake booster, water pump, belts, hoses and all fluids.I have way more into this car than my reserve price. This car has the good 350 V8 not the junk HT4000. Tires have a lot of tread. Vinyl roof is intact and no rust showing. No dash cracks, nice steering wheel. The body was nicely painted and this looks great up close!

Tuned up with new plugs and wires, cleaned injectors to smooth out idle. The AC does not work but everything else does. Good headliner, slight drivers seat wear but not tears or rips. The exhaust was just repaired also, not new but no holes in it. The car runs great with plenty of power.

I need the garage space for a new toy, I would say this car is a number 3.

AM/FM radio FM works AM does not power antenna also does not work but antenna present and can be pulled up.

Cadillac highlights craftsmanship in latest Escalade teaser videos

Cadillac, in case you haven't heard, is unveiling the new Escalade on October 7, completing the redesign of General Motors' large SUV range. The event is proceeding with the regular degree of "teasers" and "leaked images" that is typical of the automotive world, nowadays.
As the new Escalade's reveal date grows closer, Cadillac is trumping up interest for the new SUV, debuting five short teaser videos on its YouTube channel. While not showing much about the Escalade itself, the spots reveal plenty about its materials. Real wood and hand-stitched leather are highlighted, while we get another glimpse of the Escalade's vertically oriented headlights. Take a look below for all five spots.

Is Cadillac working on an ELR-V? [w/video]

Could it be? Could Cadillac be working on an even higher-end version of its ELR plug-in hybrid? Well, General Motors' Executive Vice President Mark Reuss has gone on record as... well, not saying much. The exec was more than a bit coy on video (which you can view below) when asked about the idea of an ELR-V, although he did say that Cadillac was looking at "expanding the tuning envelope" for its plug-in coupe. What that means could be hinted at in these spy photos.
Cadillac is certainly up to something with this little red ELR. As is often the case, it's the car's enhanced brakes that give it away. Bigger binders are a telltale sign of sportier aspirations, and it's safe to say that rule applies with the ELR. The larger rotors and four-piston Brembo calipers are sourced from the Buick Regal GS, which we imagine would be plenty to bring the high-priced hybrid to a halt.
Obscuring those rotors and calipers are larger, double-armed five-spoke wheels. And, according to our spies, hiding behind that camouflage is a new grille. Outside of those two items, though, there's not much aesthetic change.
