Gorgeous Cadillac Concours on 2040-cars
Clearwater, Florida, United States
This gorgeous Cadillac Concours has been well preserved. I am posting this item for a friend. I test drove this car and it runs and drives like a dream. It has been thoroughly inspected by a mechanic, who found no water or oil leaks, and no rust underneath. This Cadillac is structurally and mechanically sound. The brakes work fine but mechanic recommends that rotors be turned at some point due to minor storage pitting of the rotors. The flaws are rear trunk lid clearcoat spots that are coming up, passenger side rim has scuff marks, the antenna must be manually retracted before going in the car wash, service engine light comes on but the scanner finds no codes and is safe to drive. Any questions please call 727 678 2603. Happy bidding.

Twin-turbo Cadillac CTS coming
Cadillac SRX production moving to TN, next-gen Equinox going to Mexico
Fri, 29 Aug 2014It's a good week for the town of Spring Hill, TN, as General Motors has announced that its factory in the city of 31,000 will receive a $185 million contract to produce engines. On top of that, the next-generation Cadillac SRX crossover will be built at the factory (NA models are presently built in Ramos, Arizpe Mexico), which was once famous for being the home of GM's now-defunct Saturn brand.
The factory is one of GM's six facilities around the globe that will screw together the company's new line of three- and four-cylinder Ecotec engines. Spring Hill currently builds the 2.0-liter, turbocharged Ecotec, as well as the naturally aspirated 2.4 and 2.5-liter variants.
Spring Hill's vehicle assembly lines were idled in 2009, but were reactivated in 2011. The SRX is just one of the products meant to benefit from last year's $350-million investment, and should have a positive impact, creating or retaining around 1,800 positions at the factory.
Watch the 2014 Cadillac CTS get its groove on in the rain
Sun, 31 Mar 2013In case you haven't got enough of the 2014 Cadillac CTS that just debuted at the New York Auto Show, Cadillac has let us have some rolling footage of the car around its test track along with a few words from VP of marketing Don Butler and executive director of design Mark Adams.
You won't learn much more about its 420-horsepower, twin-turbo V6 but you can hear how it growls in the rain, and you can get a better idea of how you'll look in the driver's seat giving it a workout. That's got to be worth something, right? You'll find both videos just below.
