SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY! Sorry, No Trades and we don't finance. We have the title in hand and its ready to sign over to you today. No liens on this car either. We are a licensed and insured Minnesota dealer.

PLEASE WATCH MY VIDEO FOR A FULL WALK AROUND OF THIS CAR
http://youtu.be/NhwY7_UZ-t4

This car came to us from another dealer in Texas as a dealer trade, so I don't know too much about the history or the repairs. I can tell you that we haven't done any of the repairs. If you watch the video, I gave you the best possible description that I could tell anyone and its as honest as I could be. I can tell you that I know the only body panels that was replaced is the right front fender and front bumper cover. Im guessing the right front headlight was replaced as well, but im not positive on that. I know there was some suspension damage and rim damage to the right front corner but I don't know what all was replaced. I can't see any witness marks on anything showing that work was done in any given area. the right front rim is a polished rim and the other 3 are silver painted. so you could either look for a silver painted factory rim or you could paint this rim and then they would all be matching. but to be honest, we have had this car a week and I just noticed that the front rim was alittle different, so its not like it sticks out like a sore thumb. if you want to buy a replacement rim, they are about $200-$250. the rest of the outside of the car has average wear and tear for any 2009 car with 30k miles. tires all look about 60-70%. there are no problems at all while driving the car either, I don't notice the car pulling one way or another and I don't head any squeaks or rattles either. engine run perfect, and the transmission shifts perfect as well. the biggest issue that I can find with this car is the air bags. I know for a fact that the drivers air bag is only a cover and there is no air bag inside that cover. so if you want the air bags to work, then you will need to replace that air bag and they usually cost about $150-$200 on ebay. im not sure if the curtain air bags deployed or not, but they are $250 each if they do need to be replaced. I believe the seat belts need to be replaced as well and they usually cost about $125 each (you don't need to replace any of the seatbelts for the back seat). once those airbags are replaced, then you will either need to buy a new air bag control module ($300) or you will need to have the module inside the car be reset for about $50. once you replace or reset the SDM module then that will fix the service stabilitrak light that is on the dash and that will also stop the service air bag light from coming on as well. I can walk you though this process if you need the help or depending on the sale price of this car, I could have the airbag system fixed for you. there is a couple outside parts that still need to be painted red (2xheadlight washer nozzle covers, front tow hook cover, and left rear door handle). those could be painted for about $100-$150 if you took them to any body shop. otherwise, maybe you can find those parts in color on ebay and then you don't need to worry about having them painted. if that's the case, then I might have a front tow hook cover in red on hand,,,but im not sure. so if you wanted to have everything be perfect, then you would spend about 1k in air bags, another $100-$200 in paint, and maybe another $200 for the rim and then this car would be pretty close to perfect. otherwise, if you don't mind a couple issues, then you could have the cheapest 2009+ Cadillac cts-v in the world. I have sold around 60 salvage title cts-v's and the cheapest one that I have ever sold prior to this was for 29k and that was a 2009 with 60k miles. Im not exactly sure how many miles this car has been driven since the repair. but the title that I have is from the insurance company and on there they listed this car had 26,735 miles on this car with the title was issued in Novemeber 2013. so it looks like this car has been driven about 4,000miles since the repairs. Title has no liens on it and its ready to transfer into your name today.

KBB books this car with a clean title for about $38,200

NADA books this car in rough condition at 35k and clean condition at 42k.

We let these cars sell them self. If for any reason you feel its to much of a risk to bid on this car with out seeing it in person first, then you are more then welcome to contact any shop near me (at your cost) and i will be more then happy to take this car to any shop of your choice for a 3rd party inspection. I do what i can to provide you with all the information i have so it will help you make the best decision you can make. I do my best to be as honest and upfront as i can be. There is nothing wrong with buying a salvage title car, however you will always get the car for less money then a clean title car. Usually you can buy that car for about 70-75% of clean title value, however that number can go up or down depending on supply and demand. Clearly a car like this might be a bit more on the high side, and yet a dodge neon with a salvage title might be a bit more on the low side. Either way, the biggest thing you should know about any salvage title car is the history and how bad the accident was.

QUESTIONS, its best to e-mail your questions to me via ebay messages. Otherwise your more then welcome to come check out this car in person and ask your questions. If you live to far away to come check it out, feel free to contact any dealership, repair, or body shop in Faribault Minnesota 55021 and i will take the car there for an inspection at your expense so you can get someone elses opinion on this vehicle. There is nothing i am hiding and i challenge you to find something on this car that i haven't already told you about. All of our cars are located in FARIBAULT, MINNESOTA 55021.

Current Title, The current title is a SOUTH CAROLINA salvage title. Please check with your state before bidding. Once you get this car inspected, it should come back as a prior salvage title/rebuilt in your home state. I can get it inspected here in Minnesota, but that might not do you any good if you live out of state. If I do get it inspected here, and send the title into Minnesota, then its going to take about 3 months for the state of Minnesota to send me the prior salvage title back. I know for a fact that this car will pass a Minnesota state inspection with flying colors or your money back. Other state's might require something different, so please check before you bid. All sales are final. We will provide you with a bill of sale, title, repair receipts, ect. You shouldn't need anything more then what I listed above, but if there is, let us know and we will do our best to get you anything you need to get this vehicle inspected in your home state.

Att: Minnesota buyers, You will be charged sales tax at a rate of 6.5%, plus plates, tabs, and title transfer fees. You will also need to get this vehicle inspected with in the next year. You will be provided with a 21 day permit to drive this vehicle right away, and then we will get the plates for you and they will be mailed to you or you can pick this up if you are local. You have one year to get this vehicle inspected before Minnesota will issue you new license tabs. The inspection process is easy and only takes about 20mins. We will provide you with the dates and times of your nearest inspection center. After is has been inspected, you will get a new title back from the State of Minnesota that will give it a Prior Salvage Title Status. According to the State, that means that it is a clear title. According to everyone else, its still a salvage title.

Att: Non-Minnesota buyers, You will NOT be charged any added fees. You will owe the exact amount of your final bid and that's all. You will also need to check with your local DMV to check the process of transferring a salvage title in your home state before you bid. You will be given a 31day permit to drive this vehicle home, but after that, you are on your own. You should be able to take the title to your dmv and get it transferred and get plates right away, but some states might have a different process that you need to go though, so please check that out before you bid. After the inspection is done in your home state, you should be issued a prior salvage/rebuilt title.

Shipping, Shipping is at Buyers expense. If you can't come pick this up in person and you want us to ship it for you, we can set that up. Clearly the farther away you are, the more it's going to cost. Average shipping costs are about $150 in Minnesota, $300 in upper Midwest, $500 to outer Midwest (Texas,Ohio,Montana,Colorado), and coastal areas are about $700-$900. Depending on where you are, it could take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days before you receive this vehicle.

Deposit, After this auction ends, we will need a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit with in 48hrs of the end of this auction. If you come here and decide that you don't want to buy the vehicle for whatever reason, we will refund $250 of that deposit and keep $250. However if you never show up, then we will keep all the $500. Deposit can be Cash in person only, Pay Pal, Certified Bank Check, or a Bank Wire Transfer.

Total Balance Due, Any remaining balance must be paid with in 5 business days of the end of the auction. The balance can ONLY be paid with cash (in person only), wire transfer, or Certified Bank Check. If you do pay with a Certified Bank Check (cashiers check), we will hold the title and receipts for 14 days until that check clears and then mail the title and receipts to you. NO PERSONAL CHECKS!

Warranty, Most auto manufacturers don't stand by the factory warranty with a car has a salvage title, however some still do. So its up to you to contact your local dealership to see if the factory warranty is still active. If you do want to check on the warranty status, all you need to do is call your local GM dealer and give them the vin number to this car and ask them if the warranty is still good. ALL auto manufacturers still do stand by recalls. So if this car is in need of a recall, take it back to the dealership and they will fix the recalled item. On the other hand, if you have any prior accident repair issues with this car with in the first 90 days let us know and we will usually take care of the problem at no charge as long as you bring the car back to us. If you live to far away to bring it back, then we will try to work something out with you.

BALANCE NEEDS TO BE WIRE TRANSFER OR CASHIERS CHECK. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

WE WILL NOT SELL TO SOMEONE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES UNLESS YOU CAN PAY AMERICAN CASH IN PERSON WHEN YOU COME TO PICK UP THE CAR.

Cadillac president reveals XTS sedan refresh, flagship vehicle plans

Mon, Aug 29 2016

Update: The second paragraphed has been changed from the original text to make it clear that de Nysschen, not Autoblog , claimed the report by The Detroit Bureau is inaccurate. Cadillac has been on a tear ever since the automaker poached Johan de Nysschen from Infiniti, becoming a more profitable automaker while delving deeper into the luxury market. While some reports indicate that Cadillac may be limiting its lineup, de Nysschen just put everything out in the open. In the comment section of an article by The Detroit Bureau that claimed Cadillac would cut its lineup down, de Nysschen stated the report was inaccurate and outlined the automaker's future. The Cadillac CEO wrote "Some of what you report is correct, some incorrect, most is conjecture." A Cadillac spokesperson confirmed that de Nysschen did write the comment, but did not comment on any of the details. The Detroit Bureau's Paul Eisenstein told Autoblog that he stands behind the information in the report. In any case the most interesting tidbit in de Nysschen's comment is the major refresh for the Cadillac XTS. The news directly contradicts previous reports that indicated the XTS would be killed off by 2019. In Cadillac's pursuit to add some space between it and GM, the XTS was expected to get the axe in favor of more profitable vehicles. The sedan, which was introduced in 2012, shares its underpinnings with the latest generation of the Chevrolet Impala. To the contrary, Nysschen stated that "We ARE planning a major refresh for XTS." What the major refresh will bring the aging sedan is still a mystery, but the vehicle isn't dying. The move to keep the XTS in its lineup is a bit of a surprise as Cadillac has filled its lineup with track-oriented sports cars, rear-wheel-drive sedans, and extravagant crossovers. The boat-like XTS with its front-wheel-drive layout and available all-wheel-drive system sticks out like a sore thumb, even if it were to receive a major overhaul. The only real explanation is that Cadillac hopes the vehicle will still appeal to its old-school customers that are unwilling to compromise interior space and ride quality. In our most recent review of the XTS, we thought the luxurious sedan was a great long-distance cruiser, but not a talented sports car – no surprises there. It's unlikely that Cadillac will focus on driving pleasure with the refreshed XTS, focusing instead on pure comfort and luxury.

Cadillac considering more engines, Vsport model for Escalade

Tue, 15 Jul 2014

Want to roll in the latest Cadillac Escalade? You can get it with a 6.2-liter V8... or a 6.2-liter V8. Cadillac only offers the one engine option. But that may soon change.
According to the latest from Automotive News, Cadillac is contemplating a couple of new powertrain options for its blingin' big ute. The report suggests a twin-turbo V6 and a V6 turbodiesel could be offered, and that Cadillac could create a Vsport version of the Escalade like it offers on the new CTS sedan.
The more diverse engine offerings would help attract buyers from the new Lincoln Navigator, its prime competitor, which switched from a 5.4-liter V8 this year to a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6. The turbo V6 engines (both gasoline and diesel) would also help Cadillac market the Escalade overseas - particularly in Europe, where higher fuel prices preclude the prospect of driving a big V8 SUV for many buyers. Escalade sales have dropped from 35-40k units in the mid-2000s to around 12,000 the past couple of years.
