Now onward...

This 1996 Cadillac Seville STS, features a 300HP 8 Cylinder Northstar cylinder engine and automatic transmission. Power windows, locks, seats, glass sunroof and mirrors along with tan leather interior and floor mats round out the inside. This Seville  has 117k miles and  runs and drives smooth with the luxury Cadillac is known for, does not stall or overheat.  Brakes work, radio works, lights work, horn works, heat blows warm but AC will need a freon charge. Tires have OK tread. Passenger side window does not work, may be the motor or the regulator (easy fix). I just replaced the fuel pump 5 days ago ($300, receipt provided). They can be purchased here on ebay or I have someone local I can recommend to do the repair. There is an oil leak from what looks like the oil seal but as I haven't gotten under the car, thats my best guess, as that's the area its coming from. Oil ring seal is a few bucks at your local auto parts store.  Body is straight with no dents dings or missing parts, and aside from the driver front seat, interior is in good condition and a good washing and/or detailing and a seat cover will make this car sparkle.

Title is clear California title but car comes with California Lien Sale papers. Please Google if you don't know what that means. But they are the best documents you can have to insure clear clean title and transfer of vehicle ownership. The car will be $161 to register in the state of California as stated on the CA DMV website.  You've always wanted to own a Cadi, now here's your chance. And for a good cause. As I am so fortunate, I've decided to give back and donate a portion of the proceeds to charity and I'm allowing the winning bidder to choose.  A good deed from both of us :-)

Low opening bid of $200 or why wait when you can Buy It Now for $1,250. But don't wait to decide, cars go fast on eBay, so don't miss out!

I have done my best to give an accurate and detailed description, but if I have inadvertently left anything out, please do not hesitate to ask, as all questions are answered promptly.

Buyers should always and are welcomed and encouraged to practice due diligence, so if you are local to the Los Angeles area, you are welcome to contact me to schedule a viewing.

Thanks for looking and happy motoring!

The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity. This vehicle will be delivered with  California Lien Sale papers, an AS IS No Warranty Waiver and Bill of Sale. This is all the paperwork you will receive. Verify with your state if this is sufficient to register the vehicle in your state, as it is all you will receive. If sale is not completed, I will file a Non Paying bidder alert and seek litigation if needed. I retain the right to refuse bids from ebay buyers with substantial negative history or limited/no history. Is this the 2014-15 Cadillac Escalade?

Fri, 19 Apr 2013

Following the introduction of the redesigned Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra, we're expecting General Motors won't wait too much longer to show off the next-generation fullsize SUVs that share this platform - including the Cadillac Escalade. It's still not clear if the next Escalade will debut for the 2014 or 2015 model years, but Carscoops has what it claims to an exclusive first look of the new Cadillac, revealing a portion of the headlight, front fascia and wheel.
Judging from this small picture, it looks like the Escalade could incorporate styling cues that we've seen on new Cadillac models like the ELR and the 2014 CTS, but that article says that other design details could include tall, vertical taillights similar to the CTS Wagon, staggered-width wheels and a narrower daylight opening for the side windows. The last time we saw the fourth-generation 'Slade back in October in spy shots, the heavy camouflage prevented us from getting an idea of the luxury SUV's appearance, but this image and description gives us something to look forward to. Head on over to Carscoops for more potential information as well as a full rendering from back in January.

Drive like a prince: Join us for a walk through Monaco's car collection

Fri, Dec 29 2023

Small, crowded, and a royal pain in the trunk lid to drive into during rush hour, Monaco sounds like an improbable location for a huge car museum. And yet, this tiny city-state has been closely linked to car culture for over a century. It hosts two major racing events every year, many of its residents would qualify for a frequent shopper card if Rolls-Royce issued one, and Prince Rainier III began assembling a collection of cars in the late 1950s. He opened his collection to the public in 1993 and the museum quickly turned into a popular tourist attraction. The collection continued to grow after his death in April 2005; it moved to a new facility located right on Hercules Port in July 2022. Monaco being Monaco, you'd expect to walk into a room full of the latest, shiniest, and most powerful supercars ever to shred a tire. That's not the case: while there is no shortage of high-horsepower machines, the first cars you see after paying ˆ10 (approximately $11) to get in are pre-war models. In that era, the template for the car as we know it in 2023 hadn't been created, so an eclectic assortment of expensive and dauntingly experimental machines roamed whatever roads were available to them. One is the Leyat Helica, which was built in France in 1921 with a 1.2-liter air-cooled flat-twin sourced from the world of aviation. Fittingly, the two-cylinder spun a massive, plane-like propeller. Government vehicles get a special spot in the museum. They range from a Cadillac Series 6700 with an amusing blend of period-correct French-market yellow headlights and massive fins to a 2011 Lexus LS 600h with a custom-made transparent roof panel that was built by Belgian coachbuilder Carat Duchatelet for Prince Albert II's wedding. Here's where it all gets a little weird: you've got a 1952 Austin FX3, a Ghia-bodied 1959 Fiat 500 Jolly, a 1960 BMW Isetta, and a 1971 Lotus Seven. That has to be someone's idea of a perfect four-car garage.  One of the most significant cars in the collection lurks in the far corner of the main hall, which is located a level below the entrance. At first glance, it's a kitted-out Renault 4CV with auxiliary lights, a racing number on the front end, and a period-correct registration number issued in the Bouches-du-Rhone department of France. It doesn't look all that different than the later, unmodified 4CV parked right next to it. Here's what's special about it: this is one of the small handful of Type 1063 models built by Renault for competition.

Cadillac to ditch China-only LWB models for global 'right size'

Sat, Mar 26 2016

We often think of Buick being General Motors' poster child in China, but would it surprise you to hear that Cadillac is just doing a bang-up job in the People's Republic? It's true, the Standard of the World is on fire, and it's doing so with a surprising group of buyers that are going to push through globe-spanning changes for the brand. Cadillac's average buyer age in the People's Republic of China is just 34. Yes, younger buyers dominate the Chinese market, but according to Reuters, Cadillac's young buyers want to drive and they don't want the typical businessman's German-badged sedan. Cadillac understands this, and is setting about to exploit it with a shift in its Chinese strategy. According to President Johan de Nysschen, the company will begin moving away from the China-only, long-wheelbase models, like the ATS-L. Instead, it will push for a global "right size" design, along with some stylistic changes. "You will see a softening of some of the hard edges, and more three-dimension styling on the side of the car," de Nysschen told Reuters, while noting that the cars will still be "instantly recognizable as Cadillac." Even without these changes, though, Cadillac has bucked the trend in China. At 17 percent, the company's sales exceeded the PRC's overall market growth of 7.3 percent by a significant margin. In fact, Cadillac's 2015 gains outpaced the overall market growth in China over the past three years, as the brand jumped to nearly 80,000 units. And the company is hoping to push that even higher, Reuters reports, with President Johan de Nysschen targeting a 25-percent increase in 2016. Related Video:
