1998 Cadillac Hearse

I am Selling a 1998 Cadillac Hearse  since owning this car I really have not done much of anything to it. It has been a very good working car, about 5 1/2 years ago I put new springs under it and took out the air lift system. It does has a slow oil leak which it has had since I bought it. The Cadillac mechanic that I have work on the car said with this engine it is a very common problem but nothing serious. This car has never given me any serious problems and I have kept up with all regular maintenance. The reason I am selling is because I was not planning on buying a new hearse but an offer came up I could not refuse but so I bought it and now I am selling this one. The paint job is in great shape except for normal wear and tear and a little bubble of paint that is in the pictures on the back door. When I did have the car inspected they said the underneath frame and body is in really good shape. No visible rust, everything is in good working condition such as the radio, AC, PW, PD, PL, PS

This car has 78,961 KM's (49,064 miles)

Feel free to ask any questions, buyer pays all transporting/shipping costs, PAYPAL or certified cheque. I will make the arrangements but the buyer is responsible to pay.

Cadillac ATS failing to command BMW 3 Series-like pricing as hoped

Mon, 05 Aug 2013

The BMW 3 Series has long been the benchmark for small and sporty luxury vehicles, but the Cadillac ATS has come on strong in its short time on the market as a true rival in this segment. As impressive as Cadillac's new compact sedan is, however, Automotive News is reporting that the car is still lagging behind the 3 Series when it comes to actual transaction pricing.
According to the article, the average transaction price for the ATS is $39,459 while the 3 Series is at a much larger $44,764, but, just as importantly, Cadillac has about $500 more in incentives on the ATS compared to BMW. Transaction prices are much closer to cars like the Mercedes C-Class and Audi A4. Of course, this is all with the ATS trying to take on its small, sport sedan rivals with a single bodystyle and limited powertrain options compared to the numerous options available from the German automakers in this class.
This uneven battle won't last long, though, as recent spy shots have revealed that Cadillac is hard at work on a high-performance ATS-V and an ATS Coupe. No official word as to when either of these models will be unveiled, but with auto show season set to kick off, we're expecting sooner rather than later. The best news for the ATS is that the Automotive News says sales of the ATS are on target and that 74 percent of ATS buyers are new to Cadillac - two important factors for the brand as it tries to break into this tough segment.

Cadillac Elmiraj Concept slinks in Leno's Garage

Wed, 28 Aug 2013

Jay Leno's Garage has moved to Pebble Beach for the week. This time around, the affable comedian is taking a look at the Cadillac Elmiraj Concept that debuted during the Monterey car week, and is talking to General Motors vice president of global design, Ed Welburn.
There's plenty of reminiscing about what concept cars were like when these two were kids, before a fairly deep dive into the striking Elmiraj Concept itself. Welburn shares a few anecdotes about the design process behind the two-door concept, including how his designers changed his mind on the grille design.
After bringing up the Cimarron, Leno makes a solid point that the Elmiraj would be a solid production car that could even spawn a four-door variant. We couldn't agree more. Take a look below for the full video from Jay Leno's Garage.
