2007 Cadillac Sts4-v-6, 1-owner All Wheel Drive, Beautiful Condition on 2040-cars
Sylvania, Ohio, United States
Up for sale is a beautiful 2007 Cadillac STS4 owned by an extremely particular 87 year old gentleman. As the pictures show this older gentleman really pampered this Cadillac and for a 2007 Cadillac this automobile is exceptionally clean wherever you look.
This 2007 Cadillac STS4 originally was a GM company automobile with MRSP just under $53,000.00 loaded with all the great Cadillac options including navigation and factory sunroof, purchased by this 87 year old gentleman with less than 4000 miles so virtually this is a one owner automobile.
Finished in the beautiful silver metallic complimented with the cashmere leather interior. The exterior is exceptionally nice and straight with no rust and no dents. The interior is exceptionally clean and also should be noted this is a non-smoker automobile. Also, earlier this year this Cadillac was involved in a minor accident where the driver hit a deer. Just cosmetic damage, the bumper cover, hood and grille were replaced and the paint work is very nice and matches perfectly. There was NO mechanical damage.
The mileage is 132456 and all maintenance has been done on a very regular schedule. Maintenance has always been performed using GM parts. As required oil changes were always performed using Mobil 1 5W30 and oil changes were performed every 3500-4000 miles. Within the last eight months a complete 4 wheel brake job was performed and 4 new Michelin tires were installed. All accessories, mechanicals and options work perfectly. In summary, overall this is one very clean exceptional 2007 Cadillac STS4 that has had the best of care, not only in appearance but the maintenance too. This Cadillac has never been abused in any way and again the overall condition reflects the care of this Cadillac. Though I do have the car for sale here on auction, I do reserve the right to end the auction at any time. I will assist the buyer in any way possible. Bid with confidence and if you have questions you may call me at 419-392-1003, Ron. I will only discuss price by telephone and no text messages. If you are the winning bidder you are responsible for shipping costs and a $1000.00 deposit within 48 hours of end of auction will full payment due in 7 days, please review our terms. |

Cadillac chief marketer admits ELR is 'a big disappointment'
Sun, Dec 20 2015During the Cadillac XT5 global launch in Dubai, Automobile interviewed Cadillac Chief Marketing Officer Uwe Ellinghaus and got the CMO to touch on just about every major issue affecting the brand and the industry. After two years on the job, having come from 15 years at BMW, Ellinghaus naturally started with the "passionate Cadillac customers" and "iconic brand" spiel, then they got into a top-down look at where America's preeminent luxury brand stands. Ellinghaus said Cadillac is in a period of transition, lately focused on smaller and more performance-oriented vehicles, which has alienated a chunk of veteran customers and left others trying to figure out what Cadillac is about. He believes that "for a few more years, the products will probably be stronger than the brand," while he does his work of conveying what the company has to offer. But the brand had to make the switch, because "Generation X and Y will make 80 percent of all actual buyers in the next five years..." On top of that, he'll be working on making sure the customer and dealership experiences are where they need to be. Speaking of dealers, Ellinghaus thinks the future will not be brick-and-mortar shops, but digital pickup-and-delivery services. "Nobody wants to go to a dealership for service and maintenance," he says. He said the ELR has been "a big disappointment," but it has taught Cadillac that converting its existing line-up to plug-in hybrids is a better way forward. However, he characterized the plug-in hybrid as "the next all-wheel drive," in that everyone's going to offer it soon, so it will be "an entry ticket into luxury automobiles rather than a differentiating aspect." The CMO thinks the CTS is suffering because of the decline in the US midsize luxury sedan market in general thanks to the SUV and crossover craze, so the brand really needs another small SUV. Head over to Automobile for more of Ellinghaus' intriguing answers, like "I do believe that very long-term hydrogen is really the way," and "it's time to get real" in Europe. Taking a dig at Volkswagen on that last matter, he also said, "I think the absence of the diesel is not as much of an issue as it was eight weeks ago." Related Video:
2014 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year finalists announced [w/poll]
Tue, 10 Dec 2013The 2014 North American International Auto Show is right around the corner, which means it's high time we found out which cars and trucks would be finalists for the prestigious North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year awards.
The finalists - three in cars and three in three trucks/utilities - are dominated by American brands, with two-thirds of the finalists hailing from either General Motors or Chrysler (don't worry Ford, there's always next year), while outliers from Mazda and Acura can be found in each contest. Here now is the list of finalists for the big prizes:

Cadillac finds a few more horsepower for ATS-V
Wed, Mar 25 2015We've rarely found cause to complain about a car getting more power, and guess what? That's not going to change here. After initially announcing that the new ATS-V would come to market with a Corvette-matching 455 horsepower, Cadillac has come back with an SAE-certified 464 horsepower. That, as Automobile points out, puts the high-performance ATS in spitting distance of the base Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG and its 469 hp. Anyone else feeling bad for owners of the 425-hp BMW M3? While the ATS-V is getting a bit more grunt, somehow, we doubt Cadillac will adjust its previously published performance figures. Expect 60 miles per hour to arrive in 3.9 seconds, with a top speed of 185 mph. As of this writing, a lucky Autoblog staffer is lapping the ATS-V around Circuit of the Americas in Austin as part of the sedan's big launch. So while we can't fill you in on its real-world performance just yet, expect a big update soon. Related Video:
