You are bidding on a MINT 1998 Caddy Eldorado. You have to really appreciate the Cadillac and the 4.6 engine. The car runs perfectly and if I didn't tell you, you would think it is right out of the showroom. Its absolute MINT

There is nothing like a Caddy.>Ride like butter..The ultimate in Luxury..Its simply a Cadillac.  I have had many but never one that is mint like this.It hads only 80, 000 original miles. Its showroom..the exterior has perhaps a blemish or two..but that's it..I said blemish..No scratcheds no nothing.I bought the car with the intention of keepimg it, but I need a 4x4 as I live in Vermont. I am an agent for a licensed car dealer in NJ..I simply don't have the energy to explain why a Caddy is so different form any other car..BUT IT IS and RIGHTFULLY S

This  car also has the northstar engine. Its a fabulous engine.I used to buy the Caddys from A1 Limo with 350k on the closk and the engine was still great.Nice front wheel drive as well

Like I said ..NO BS, the car is showroom..and very low miles. We put in a new thermostat and flushed the radiator.Shes a gem.If you buy the car, its a 1000 non refundable deposit, the balance in  3 days cash or cert chk.if you have questions please call Bob 201 233 2120.if you are not rated at all contact us.I don't want to waste my time

Thanks for taking the time to look and best of luck to the winning bidder..Any questions ask

Consumer Reports explains its disdain for infotainment

Thu, 20 Mar 2014

One of the perks of reviewing all manner of cars and trucks is that we're exposed to all the different infotainment systems. Whether Cadillac's CUE, Chrysler's UConnect, BMW's iDrive or MyFord Touch, we sample each and every infotainment system on the market.
Not surprisingly, some are better than others. It seems consumers have come to a similar consensus, with Consumer Reports claiming that Ford and Lincoln, Cadillac and Honda offer the worst user infotainment experiences. Not surprisingly, you won't find much argument among the Autoblog staff.
Take a look below to see just what it is about the latest batch of infotainment systems that grinds CR's gears. After that, scroll down into Comments and let us know if you agree with the mag's views.

Cadillac executive appointments have global flair

Wed, 17 Apr 2013

Cadillac has rearranged its executive suite in order to take full advantage of its sales momentum. Don Butler is moving from his role as US VP of marketing to a newly created position with the title VP of global Cadillac strategic development. It will be his job to "drive the next phase of Cadillac growth internationally," planning strategy and developing new markets.
He will be replaced by Steve Majoros, an exec poached from Chevrolet's ad agency of record, Campbell Ewald. Majoros, who has the Chevrolet campaigns "Like a Rock" and "American Revolution" on his resume, will oversee Cadillac's US and international marketing.
Another component in the brand's renewed global focus includes conducting an ad agency review. Announced last month, Fallon Worldwide remains Cadillac's agency of record, but others, said to include Campbell Ewald, will be bidding to make the creative that helps Cadillac expand sales percentages by triple digits here and in China. Scroll down below for the official press release.

Cadillac finds a few more horsepower for ATS-V

Wed, Mar 25 2015

We've rarely found cause to complain about a car getting more power, and guess what? That's not going to change here. After initially announcing that the new ATS-V would come to market with a Corvette-matching 455 horsepower, Cadillac has come back with an SAE-certified 464 horsepower. That, as Automobile points out, puts the high-performance ATS in spitting distance of the base Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG and its 469 hp. Anyone else feeling bad for owners of the 425-hp BMW M3? While the ATS-V is getting a bit more grunt, somehow, we doubt Cadillac will adjust its previously published performance figures. Expect 60 miles per hour to arrive in 3.9 seconds, with a top speed of 185 mph. As of this writing, a lucky Autoblog staffer is lapping the ATS-V around Circuit of the Americas in Austin as part of the sedan's big launch. So while we can't fill you in on its real-world performance just yet, expect a big update soon. Related Video:
